Phone call in an attempt to see if he is covered under my insurance plan; gave her my member id # and she said yes, when I mentioned Blue Pathway, Plan 2, however, staff was not knowledgeable about Insurance plans, put me on hold (which I could hear people talking) as she was contacting billing department, returned to phone and said no. Discourteous, rude, not knowledgeable.

Terrible experience. Office would not accept my insurance even though they had my insurance approval, in writing, accepting their billing. I’ll go elsewhere since it seems this office puts money above a patient’s health.

Dr. Cassis was concerned with my problem. Does want to do everything to resolve it. Office was very nice and friendly front office staff. The only issue was waiting for my MRI and had to call back 2 weeks later to see what the hold up was. She stated she faxed information to the facility, but the next day did received a call.

Dr Fucci as always made our visit worthwhile. His knowledge of our medical history makes his questions meaningful and worthwhile. The new office is very nice and most importantly seeing the familiar faces of the people we have known and cared for us well over the years being there, gives us further comfort and confidence.

Dr Fucci was recommended to us by a family member. My little daughter had reoccurring ear infections which ended up requiring ear tubes. Dr Fucci’s bed side demeanor and great care help my little toddler remain calm. I was so happy with with him I followed up on my own hearing. I, too, have a history of ear infections. Over all, very happy with Dr Fucci!

It has taken me a few years to figure out how to write out this review to have it be constructive. Dr. Fucci was my second opinion after almost immediately losing hearing in one ear at age 28, while pregnant. After sitting down with him and undergoing some testing, not only did he diagnose me with SSHL, but he also told me the MRI the first doctor ordered was not needed, and to cancel it. I regretfully listened to his advice. A year after seeing Dr. Fucci, I decided something wasn't right and I needed to figure out what was going on. I was diagnosed, through an MRI, with a brain tumor on my 8th cranial nerve. Acoustic Neuromas are listed as something in which Dr. Fucci specializes. His ill given advice, along with his over confidence (arrogance) in giving me my diagnosis prevented me from getting help sooner. I regularly regret taking the advice of Dr. Fucci but am grateful for the doctors that took me seriously and listened to my concerns fully to correct his mistakes.

My wife got a appointment right away the dr help me her but she wasn’t feeling 100% had to call to make another appointment and the girl who answer the phone was super rude I think her name is Jennifer.. I don’t know why she answers the phone calls if she’s Not going to be nice to the patients

I sought an ENT as I'd been diagnosed with chronic sinusitis, mastoiditis & esr infections; the infections had penetrsted my skull. Dr Fucci is a knowledgeable, thorough physican. However, I was distressed to learn he does not care for sinus conditions. Furthermore, I was angered that during 2 different visits to suction a bloodclot from my ear drum without local anesthia, I yelled "Ow!" and Dr Fucci said "You'll scare the children." & not to be "a baby". Whatever happened to closing the door of the treatment or exam room? Because it was left open! I'm searching for another ENT MD who treats chronic sinusitis. I was treated very well and with respect , I do believe he is one of the best in the USA.

This place is very awesome!They scheduled me in on a very short notice and all of them were so kind and gentle towards my family and I! They helped me and treated me like Family of their own and card for my kids and played with them also! Im very happy to be there in my time of need!

I had a middle ear infection from the time i was about 11 years old till i was 23. I usually went to my local ent and did not feel heard or comfortable with them. I mostly felt judged. So when i moved to Dr Fucci, it was a night and day difference. He told me everything that was going on. I appreciated that he not only listened to me, he communicated in a way i would understand. He performed my Tympanoplasty and did amazing! He's a cool dude that i didnt hate going back to see for the follow up appointments, which is rare for me. I usually hate dr appts. Thank you Dr Fucci! You're the best!

I have seen Dr. Fucci for issues that I have had and also I have taken my daughter to see him as well. He is incredibly intuitive and really good at identifying what the issue is. I was very impressed as many times I feel a doctor is guessing (usually wrong). He told me what he suspected each time performed the tests and was right with both my daughter and myself. It is clear to me that he has a very firm grip on his specialty and fully understands it.

Dr. Fucci has always been caring and thorough in his examination and treatment of all his patients. He is knowledgeable and talented as a surgeon. I received a BAHA from him in 2001 and is so grateful because it restored my hearing and this helped me continue my job as an O.R. nurse. For this, I will always be thankful!

My son has had trouble with his ears his whole life. He is very apprehensive of anyone looking or touching his ears. Dr. Fucci is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, but assertive and made this the absolute easiest and most productive visit in my son’s 16 years. Thank you Dr. Fucci!

Dr Fucci seems to be a good doctor, he just had no interest in helping me with my condition, which he was familiar with and showed that he understood.

I was in a panic when my 13 yo son came to me with a bleeding ear! To my surprise, Dr. Fucci was able to see my son the same day that I called (on a Friday afternoon no less!), and he quickly figured out that my son had an ear fungus, not a ruptured ear drum. Thanks again to Dr. Fucci and his staff for taking good care of my son.

I had an appoinment told the dr. About my popping noise in my ear. The Dr had me do a hearing test and a pressure test said he couldn't find out why my ear was popping. I've had this issue for over 2 years along with frequent ear infections. when I tried to explain to this dr after he looked at my ears. He just said you have nothing wrong with you it's probably just something that will go away come back in 6 months. well I came back 6 months later with the same problem still!! He looked into my ears had me take another pressure and hearing test and I told him that my problem never went away. He just said it might be a ustation tube problem and there is no cure for that. The docter put tubes in my son ears he is 22 months old. The first visit we did wait a bit. But when he came in it was fast visit. Then we came back for the follow up we waited 30 mins in the room with nobody coming in the room to say they are behind that time is included the time we waited in the waiting room . Then we were about to leave in the hallway he finally came out said he was coming to see us. He came my son was already upset Because we were waiting already too long. He looked in my sons ear we were asking why his ears were draining still he said his ears were dry. He was very rude un professional a long With his medical assistance. They deserve zero stars. I was first introduced to Dr Fucci when he took care of my daughter when she needed tubes in her ears at 2 years old. Dr. Fucci is a fantastic physician so this review is based solely on him and not his support staff. We’ve been patients of his for a decade, he is personable, thorough, conservative in his approach which I genuinely appreciate. The patient’s best interests are always considered. I believe he is truly a great doctor in a profession filled with so few these days. He especially is spectacular with children. His audiologists have also been completely amazing. His office staff is overall abysmal, and that’s been the case for the entirety of the time we’ve been patients. Been forgotten in the waiting room more than once, they don’t follow through on post appointment issues (easy stuff), and I wholeheartedly agree that they tend to be rude and curt. However if you are able to look past all that, I highly recommend Dr. Fucci with zero reservations. Has been very helpful in treating and managing Meniere's Disease for me. Both he and his staff are very personal and friendly.

Called to set up appointment because they accept the ACCCHS insurance and now say they don't accept that insurance. Better verify every thing before you see this DR or you will be wasting a day for nothing!

Won't see cash based people, must have an insurance that is NOT cashed based.

Rude basically turned me away and said there not taking anymore pts. Don't waste your time asking her anything!

Make sure you have the correct insurance for this Dr. he doesn't take cash patients, nor will he accept a health share plan.

The wait was long, but I felt that the doctor was very thorough. He heard me and came up with a course of action. Update: my sons tubes have worked perfectly for him. I'm so happy with Dr. Fucci's ability and professional outlook.

Mtg with Dr Fucci in MAY went well. Was told I would get a loaner hearing aid in a month. Office called in NOVEMBER to say they had a hearing aid. Made appt, went in, was fitted and told AT THAT TIME I could only have the loaner for a week. I said I was leaving town in two days and gone for 10 days. I was told I would have to return loaner in two days or go on wait list again. I decided to take the loaner for two days. Wasn't nearly long enough to see if it worked. Not great customer service.

Was treated like I was invisible. He was very angry with a staff member. "Whispered" to his assistant about it the whole time he was treating me. Seems someone made an inappropriate remark about an orange dress and he wanted to fire her "right now" but couldn't. He was furious and really should have taken a few minutes to cool off before seeing me. Barely spoke to me ranted to his assistant the whole time he treated me.
