The people were so nice and efficient. And got me out quickly.

I was hoping for a more thorough exam, especially since I've waited months to see him and was concerned about prostate cancer.

Worst doctor with no timesense

Going to a Doctor for urinary retention is never a happy-clappy event! Yet here I was at this amazing Dr's office! He told me about a new procedure, "Aquablation!" Leaving out the obvious I was in great pain and terrible pressure from my bladder! Dr Michael with the excellence of an expert witness, prepared me and there was No guessing on my part! Excellence is a flower from heaven!! Dr Gross has passed the boarders of excellence and resides in a lake of compassion and a man who loves his work! I was a participant in his over-all gifting! I am greatful'!

My prior urologist did not accept my insurance once it changed at retirement. I looked at the list the insurance company sent and Dr Gross was the highest reviewed. Many where in the low 3’s where he had avg of about 4.3 on the different platforms. I was having a prostrate issue so I wanted the best! Easy to schedule, little to no wait in front office, and everyone seemed pleasant. I met with Dr Gross he asked questions, provided feedback, had urine test, PSA test, sonogram, and the ole rubber glove exam. I feel very good about my visit today and thankful I found Dr Gross. Was seen almost immediately on arrival. Everything friendly, efficient. Dr. Gross - as in the past - listened, inspired confidence, and left one feeling that next step in treatment was sensible and good one. All around good experience.

Dr Gross is great, however the follow-up from his staff regarding additional testing is abysmal. My MRI still has not been scheduled and I am getting concerned.

He's not at this point due to the driving distance and age, not for the lack of knowledge on Dr. Gross. I value his opinion medically and his expertise concerning my diagnosis. Great place , great customer service and barbers. Right off Preston between Dilla's and Burning Rice. Pleasant old barber shop feel clean environment. No loud annoying music like some of the other barber shops around ;)

Dr Gross and his staff is awesome. I am very happy that I chose this practice.

Dr Gross is very nice and the staff are nice as well in general. As long as you never find yourself in a hardship, he is knowledgeable and has high potential to be a good doctor. However, being that I have been a patient for at least a year I find kindness and patient relationship of great value. Empathy and understanding someone especially in difficult situations you would think would take priority over something that can be easily reconciled. My negative experience is a very personal one, that is all I'm willing to say publicly. Empathy and understanding should be part of a patient relationship in my opinion. Dr. Gross is THE BEST DOCTOR I have ever had for anything. You cannot get better that him. His bed/table side manner, his explanation of everything in terms the patient can understand and his overall personality and obvious passion to be an outstanding physician are beyond reproach. This was a very unpleasant experience. I waited almost an hour to see the doctor only to get maybe five minutes of his time. He provided no help or interest in my problems. I will look elsewhere for a doctor who shows interest in helping me

Very Disappointing. I provided my detailed PSA history which indicated a serious issue. Dr. Brooks stated that since I was 79 years old that even if I had cancer he would recommend "watchful waiting" so he was obviously disinterested in helping me. The DRE was a joke, lasted about a millisecond.

Efficiently run organization. Forms online and easy to use. I would have liked the forms earlier than three days before the appointment.

I can honestly say I have never left a doctors office more frustrated. I have been dealing with pain and nausea for almost a week thinking I may have kidney stones (family history). Finally decide I need to see a doctor and made an appointment. They ask that you get there 30 minutes early. I was there 35 minutes early and checked in. I was called back right away and stuck in his office. An hour later he finally came in talk to me for maybe two minutes and had me given a urine sample. Another 10 minutes he comes states that there is no blood in the urine sample so most likely just something muscular. No physical exam no more discussion. I pushed that I did not think it was muscular but he said he can refer me for a CT scan but he doesn’t think it would show anything. So the only thing presented was go for a $1500 dollar scan he doesn’t think we show anything. I will not be going back. I can honestly say I have never left a doctors office more frustrated. Very long wait!

Very little wait before being seen. Nice visit with the doctor. Staff did testing effectively. Waiting to hear back as to where we go from here. Good visit.

The staff, people at Dr. Gross office made the vist extremely comfortable and with no challenges. As Dr visits go this was very good.
