Considered a very competent and patient friendly physician.

This office is very unprofessional and the office manager is rude and unhelpful. I called this morning to find out why I have not received a return phone call from their office. I learned that Dr Vupaula‘s nurse had to leave unexpectedly and he has a new assistant. I told the girl it wouldn’t my fault that she had to leave and then when I call and leave a message most people want to return call back. I ask was the new employee not trained to follow up on telephone calls. It could potentially mean life or death for some She told me I was hateful and hung up on me. So I’m hateful because their employees fail to do their jobs and follow up. If you can’t handle your office managers job; then maybe you should change careers. I would avoid this place at all cost. I see why the ratings are not good. FYI. Medicare said the doctors office where she’s been FOREVER should have known that my mom was due a new Cpap machine. Guess what....with one phone call a prescription was written and a new machine has been ordered. Thanks for nothing. These people could care less. Please learn to follow up with your long term patients.

Dr. Vuppala is an excellent, caring doctor. His staff are super friendly. Appointments are easy to schedule and wait time is minimal.

Excellent medical care, advice and followup. The breathing tests were administered by experienced Staff. Dr. Vuppalamurthy is courteous and reassuring.

Intelligent and knowledgeable doctor who is very practical and gives excellent advice.

After an awaited period of insurance approval, I completed the at-home sleep study test. Returned the equipment and had a follow up appt. Was to receive a call from a medical supplier to receive a CPAP machine, it's been 5 weeks and no calls. Oh I've called several times, been put on hold, routes to voicemail and then promised I would get a call back in minutes. It's been another week. Staff friendly but not a professional group of people. Guess they've gotten their money and don't care. Looking on Google for a new doctor. Staff is very friendly and Dr Vuppula actually listens. I have never felt rushed there.

Dr Vappala has taken excellent care of me. The office personnel have been very good to me. I have used this group for over 8 years. Could not be happier are been better cared for!
