good luck getting anyone on the phone ever

I was looking for a good female doctor in my area to do my annual checkup and decided to go with Dr. Robert. I was a little nervous but the doctor was very patient and caring. The staff is wonderful and I really liked being able to read my results online in addition to the all-is-fine call????????

I have been seeing Dr Robert for 10 years now. I highly recommend. She is very knowledgeable and makes you feel very comfortable. I have never had any issues with making appointments, filling prescriptions, etc.

Dr. Robert is a great OB that knows her stuff. She is someone that my family has been using for 18 years now. Highly knowledgeable, patient, kind and trust worthy!

I've called 5xs in the last 24 hours to attempt to schedule an appointment and no one could be bothered to answer the phone. 5xs ? And no one picked up once ?

Dr.Rebecca is a good and professional doctor however she charged me overly then what she spent time with me. I paid my full balance up at front on same day of visit and I did make sure that I do not owe any balance. But, she gave me expired pre-natal medicine and that is what I have received another medical bill with cpt code 4, which is lieing to patients. Front employees are rude if they answer phone. I tried to get office manager over phone and no one is giving me call back after I left tons of messages. Not happy overall, bad experience. Love Dr Roberts and her wonderful nurses. They always go above and beyond!

She is one of those doctors who just want to do their job and leave. In the 9 months that i had seen her, she never tried to have a personal conversation with me. She is a great doctor! But I can never get the front desk to answer my calls and they don't return messages.

I was looking for another, more involved doctor 7 months into my pregnancy. I called all kinds of doctors people had recommended and no one would take me that late into my pregnancy. So I googled. She was close to my job, so I booked an appointment. Best chance I ever took. She is amazing and caring and made sure to give me lots of information. Had a C section due to preeclampsia and she was quick and precise. I was so scared at first but she made it as great an experience as possible. I have known Dr Rebecca since 2004. Both of my children were born with her. it was a great experience that I will never forget. She is the best doctor ! Every year I come back to see her for my annual exam. She is very professional, has a lot of experience and she is really patient. She has also a great team with Debbie. I don’t live in Texas anymore but I travel from London to continue to see her as I trust her 200%. I fully recommend her I have known Dr Rebecca since 2004. Unfortunately, the lack of professionalism or courtesy of the office staff ruined it for me. Won't be coming back and recommend you don't either!

I have know Doctor Roberts since 2004. She was my doctor for both of my c-sections . And they went perfect !! She is amazing , really professional and the best doctor I have met I have moved to another country and still fly from London to see her for my annual exams I trust her 200% and I appreciate her recommendations always

I had an experience 2 years ago I was diagnosed with uterus cancer. the dra Robert Rebecca was very professional to this day I keep going to consultations with her I recommend her

I saw dr Robert when I was 18 and experienced an unplanned pregnancy. Her whole staff was such a moral support. She was a real blessing to me. She helped me go through pre term labor and when she delivered my son I saw pure joy in her eyes.
