The office staff and the doctor can come off rude

The worst arrogant doctor I have ever seen, don't waste your time better to go with MD degree Doctor, they are lot in the area.

I have know Dr. Mubarak for 20 years and can say that he is one of the most intelligent people I know. He cares about his clients and goes out of his way the help. He has help me and my son over the years. I would recommend him over any other DPM in the state.

very nice staff, excellent service, everything was explained to me thoroughly. 2/19/21 I do question 7,000 of lab fees for a couple of toenail clippings. my insurance paid the negotiated rate and I owe nothing, but those charges are exorbitant. in contrast, I had an abdominal CT scan that was about 9,000 at the hospital.

By far the most unprofessional doctor I have ever met. Instead of making a patient comfortable and reassuring them things will be taken care of he scares them to the point of having a panic attack. I would never recommend this doctor to anyone!

Dr. Mubarak went in to do a so called corn (which it wasn't a corn to begin with) and shaved my bone from a bunionette that I NEVER had. He cost me 71/2 months off of work due to a broken bone on my right foot was due to him shaving my bone. I am so disappointed and bitter about this entire situation. I lost over $17,000 in pay I didn't receive from having to take a leave of absence from my only source of income. Thanks a lot Mr. Mobarak!

I went to see Dr Mobarak. He offered me to options to relieve pain experienced with an ingrown toenail- both the most drastic options involving removal of the toenail. I visited a second podiatrist who offered 2 additional options of topical treatment and partial removal of the toenail on the effected side only. They also clipped my toenail providing me immediate relief! I shared all of this with Southwest Foot and Ankle and requested 1/2 credit of my billed office visit charge. I never heard back from them. While the doctor was very professional, he was not thorough in my opinion and wouldn't acknowledge he could possible improve. I would not recommend for these reasons. I went to see Dr Mobarak. So glad I found this office to take care of the bunions (and one Tailor's bunion!) on both of my feet. Foot one was a major success! Two months later and I am back up and running and jumping and dancing. So glad I made the decision to do it. Dr. Mobarak really did a great job and I can't wait to get foot #2 done and out of the way. They are always so fast during pre and post op visits and you are in and out. This is thanks to to his wonderful team! Love all of y'all up there at Southwest F&A!

A week after my x-rays I still had no contact or notification from his office on the status of my foot. I was charged for an office visit where nothing happened because I had to go outside the office for x-rays. They refused to refund my money while I walked around on a broken toe waiting for professional advice that I paid for and never received. I paid $100 co-pay and left to go get x-rays and received no communication or treatment.

I visited Dr. Mobarak the beginning of August. I love talking to him and his great staff. Everyone is great and friendly. The wait is less than 5 minutes. I have plantar fasciitis and I am on a treatment plan realizing that this will take time. So far I have been very pleased with his treatment.

Best experience I could have asked for! I have never been to see a podiatrist and this office was extremely fast, (without feeling rushed), courteous, and knowledgeable. I felt taken care of from the very start. Mara, Maria, Joe Mary, Joe, Evelyn, Dr. Mobarak. All of these people made my first surgery in my life as smooth as possible. It is day one of the surgery (Bunionectomy) so I can't wait to go back in a week to see what my new foot shape looks like! See you in 2-3 months for foot #2!

As a new patient I expected to be there a while but that wasn’t the case, I was in and out with almost no wait time. The office staff was friendly and kind and Dr. Mobarak was caring and listened to what I had to say. I would recommend this practice to anyone, I had a very positive experience.

This is a little late, but made an appointment, took the morning off work, went and had X-Ray's ahead of time to speed things up (make easier for all)... Get there for my appointment and apparently they are closed! Closed due to electricity issues (OK, I get it), but the issue for me is NO ONE EVER CALLED ME. They didn't call me that morning to let me know (they had cell phones), they didn't stick their head out the door to apologize (just left me standing there knocking) or to get my name and number to call when they could to reschedule me, they just poked their head around the corner as if I couldn't see them (several of them), talking on their cell phones! To top it off, never even heard from them ever. Never called to apologize and reschedule, nothing. And no I did not call them due to the way they acted when I did arrive, acted like they couldn't see me etc. I wanted to see if they would ever reach out, they never did. Maybe the Doctor is nice, but never even made it to him... his staff could use some customer service 101 for sure. After having chronic foot and misdiagnosed for many years. My plantar fasciitis was diagnosed and treated by Dr.Mobarak. I was extremely pleased with his efforts with pain injections, orthopedic heel plates. His diagnosis saved me from having a unnecessary surgery suggested by another practice.

As a diabetic it's important to take care of your feet, and my personal doctor recommended Dr. Mobarak. I found the doctor and his office staff to be very professional and would recommend them to family and friends.

Don't go to this doctor!! I believe all reviews are from his familyand. They all sound alike. He and his staff are very uninterested and only want to charge you for expensive tests and rx's. They asked me to sign a form saying that I would accept a prescription from a pharmacy whether it was in or out of network. I did not sign. A week later I got a prescription in the mail anyway. I would not recommend nor will I return to this doctor

Dr. Mobarak and the staff are great!! I had gone to other podiatrists and they did not seem to diagnose me. I finally found Dr. Mobarak and he diagnosed me within minutes!! He is very knowledgeable! I am now a pain free happy camper. I recommend all my family and friends to go see Dr. Mobarak! You will not be disappointed. The staff is great, well trained, friendly, and respectful.

Dr. Mobarak and his staff are the best! I had horrible heel pain and when I called the office, they gave me an appointment for that same day, Dr, Mobarak is very knowledgeable, patient, and caring. Don't even get me started on the staff, they are just simply amazing.

I do not like going to the doctor but, I feel very comfortable coming to Dr.Mobarak’s office! his staff are very nice and always have a smile on their face! Dr. Mobarak is very patient with me and answers all my questions! the nurses are very sweet too and easy to get along with!

Decided to come to see Dr. Mobarak for right foot pain, I'm glad I did he knew exactly what was wrong with my foot. He is very knowledgeable and has a lot of patience he walks you through the process of your visit. The staff has great customer service as soon as you wan=k in to when you check out. I will highly recommend Dr. Mobarak to all my friends and family members.

I've never had a staff make me have confidence in them and their practice like I did here. I had been to 4 different offices before this one and by far this place wins out. God forbid I have anymore issues however should something arise I'll definitely come here first! ^-^

After limping around in pain & seeing a podiatrist here in town I was told that I had Fat pad Atrophy and nothing could be done to fix it which is true.I also had a trigger toe that kept getting blistered from rubbing on any shoe I wore. My son in Dallas said to go see his friend Dr. Reza Mobarak and so I did... after a thorough examination and looking at the X-rays he said my pain might not be the FPA but possibly a Morton's neuroma (Tumor) and gave me a shot saying if it helps then it's most l

Dont go to.this guy hes a scam artist charged me 17,000 dollars total for testing i didnt.need im filing a complaint for ins fraud this guys a joke !

Same situation as Greg & Rachel. I was charged $6,000 for an irrelevant cheek swab when I had issues with my sesamoid.

The same story here . DON"T let him do a mouth swab ! He's supposed to be fixing a foot , right ? Your insurance won't pay for it , $3000 in my case . Because I'm sure they know it's a scam . Never got my test results , either . If it's needed to diagnose a foot issue & for that kind of money , wouldn't someone send the test results ? Sounds like those tests were never done in any of these cases . Common sense would suggest some connection with this doctor and this mystery lab . The same story here . I'm trying to deal with that now. I was asked if I wanted Genetic testing and I said "no"! Now I see where my insurance company paid a wad of money for it and I'm being asked to pick up the rest. Something fishy going on here.

Dr Mobarak was very thorough in examining my foot pain. His treatment not only relieved the pain but restored its functionality. I highly recommend Dr Mobarak.

If there was a 0 rating, I would leave that. Completely misdiagnosed me, leading to many months of unnecessary pain, procedures, and cost. When I got to a competent podiatrist, she correctly diagnosed me within minutes. Did proper surgery, and had me on the path to healing. Also tried to way overcharge me. When I brought it to their attention, I was told to just disregard it.

Crazy visit. All about how I need genetic testing for cancer. I went in with heel pain and that wasn't fixed

Got huge quantity of meds (topical creams and patches for pain) at my house 2 weeks after seeing Dr for a yellow toe nail, that's it, no pain. He said there were no issues, was purely a cosmetic issue. Then why did I get all these meds?!?! Is he scamming my insurance company? He also took my blood for no good reason, the flabotomist said it was to check against any future Rx's, to make sure there where no issues. Now that I read the previous post, makes me wonder. I've been to a couple of podiatrists for initial diagnosis and treatment of Gout (which I wasn't sure of at the time). My previous Podiatrist took x-rays and gave me meds which worked, but never really followed up on me to so further testing. I feel that Dr. Mobarak's experience and attention to details is excellent and that he will take good care of you. He was able to verify the diagnosis and properly treat my condition.
