Was my doc in Waldorf Maryland. The best doc ever. Really hated to see him leave. Hope all is well, take care

To start, I don’t do doctors well at all. My wife was a patient of Dr. Bransdorf for a number of years and she finally convinced me to change over to him. He is the best doctor that I have ever dealt with. I do not dread going to the doctor as he puts you at ease and takes the time to make sure all of your questions have been answered. Highly recommend this doctor. Great staff too.

I realize that docs are overwhelmed these days - but this has been a recurring issue with this practice before Covid. Their scheduling is a mess - be prepared to wait more than an hour after the scheduled time of your appointment, Terrible time management for this practice - would not recommend

I’ve been seeing Dr Branford for years. He has saved my life a few times. He is a find man and Dr. he’s PA is great. I trust them and the office staff. There is never a long wait. I will never change Dr.

Dr. Bransdorf shows genuine interest in me and is very caring. He even came to check on me one time when I was in the emergency room during his lunch break!

Dr B and his staff are the caring medical team I have dealt with in a long time. From making an appointment to bring seen in a timely, they are the best

Wonderful Doctor! Makes visiting a Dr.s office comfortable and never rushes. Always interested in your concerns and answers all questions. His office staff and PA Burns are AMAZING, which definitely represents Dr. Bransdorf

I went to see Dr. Bransdorf as he's my husband's physician and I was impressed with how caring and patient he was.. I was not disappointed.

I’ve been coming here for five years and the staff here is amazing and Dr Bransdorf is the absolute best. If you’re looking for a primary care then you need to check them out.

He's one of the best doctors we've ever seen. He cares about his patients and takes the time you need to explain your medical needs.

Very thorough doctor and P.A. The staff is very friendly and caring as well. I've been going for years, and yes, sometimes you have to wait because there are people with health issues that may not have been anticipated. If you want quality care, then expect them to give quality care to others as well.. Also, the negative comment from a VET, I hope you have found that for chronic opiod pain medicine, your best bet is to go the the VA doctors in Lake Nona. It's a great option. Seen for ten years. Best Doctor ever. Has taken very good care ???? of me. And I have had triple bypass and long list of problems that his PA and he have helped me to live a normal life. Don't know if I could ever find any other people who genuinely care like this office does. It's definitely a place of healing.

Dr. Bransdorf is a very knowledgeable, caring physician with a great bedside manner... He listens to you and is a fantastic diagnostician... When you are in the hospital he comes to see you every day... I cannot say enough good about the doctor and his office staff...

This office staff is the WORST I have ever come across. The office manager is worthless. Prescription request takes 3 to 4 weeks if at all. I have been with these people for 6 months and cannot ever get an appointment with the doctor I always have to see the PA. I AM WARNING YOU GO ANYWHERE ELSE AS I AM...

Kept prescribing me medication for my pain which was good. But there was no attempt to find out what the problem was and to fix it. I now have all the x-rays and MRI's that show/prove the problem and I still can't get help. All of the sudden I was cut off and left out in the cold and pain. Now I can't find another doctor that will help and have had to keep visiting emergency rooms which do NOTHING. Very disappointed, especially since they were military doctors. They left a fellow veteran (me) in extreme pain with no options. Office staff will treat you as if you are contagious. Don't bother visiting this Dr. Kept prescribing me medication for my pain which was good. But there was no attempt to find out what the problem was and to fix it. The worst experience I have ever had! The first visit was extremely fast and efficient. However, my second visit was just beyond horrible. I came in at least an hour early for my scheduled appointment. There was no other patient at the time. After about 30 minutes, there were patient who just came to the office and they were entertained first. Then, after an hour and a half waiting I still was not called inside. I arrived at 2:20 and my appointment was 3:30. I was not entertained or called inside until 3:40. The time that no one was in the office, they could have called me in. My only reason for having the second visit was to review my test results. Finally, after waiting for about an hour I was called in and waited for the PA for another 15 minutes. Overall, the service was beyond horrible. The secretary and PA was not helpful at all. I have never even seen the primary doctor. I do no recommend at all! The worst experience I have ever had! I cannot start to believe the 2 negative reviews I've been reading, So here comes mine. My experienced with numerous Doctor's thru out the years is large been that I have children , have chronic back issues and I have my share of ER visits so that been said the negative reviews these people must've been high. We have been patients of Dr. bransdorff for over 6 years and we have no complaints what so ever. Dr.Bransdorf and the PA DR. Burns are both AWESOME!!!!, Professional but the most important they Care for every one of their patients. The staff is always busy that's how good and busy they are however they are allways extremely courteous and Professional. To the people who wrote the negative comments "GROW UP" no one is perfect and a medical facility like like Dr's Bransdorf is difficult to find. I am so happy I found this Dr. he has been wonderful from first day. In the hospital he has treated me so well. He is attentive to your needs. I feel a sense of relief when he comes in. Met the PA last visit and he was wonderful too. The Dr's here are Great! Trust them completely.

Tried to get an appointment--left 2 voicemails and received no return call. Tried another extension and hung up after 10 minutes on hold. Gave up and found a more responsive doctor with better ratings.

I'm so glad to have this opportunity to share this. Please tell me when you had to start talking to the back of a person's head? I'm really disgusted that this seems to be the trend now. Why bother to go into a drs. office? I could pretty much do this online. I saw this practice and they are all about the computer, not dealing with the person in front of them. Come on drs. do what you were trained to do! actually talk to your patients, you can type in the notes later.

The office is completely disorganized - It's issue, after issue, after issue. The secretary is very sweet, but commitments by the office are never reliable. I called in a routine prescription refill and no one picked up the phone there (as usual), so left the details requested on the voicemail. 3 days later, nothing was called into the pharmacy. Called office back, receptionist said they were waiting for doc to sign off, but he had been busy; promised by end of day. 2 days later; nothing.
