From the minute I walked in I was treated with respect. Everything was explained in detail. I had NO issues trying to get a hold of the nurses or staff. The Dr Sylora is an amazing human. She prayed for me before the procedure. That instantly made me feel safe and in good hands. I cannot think of words to say about how great she is. The anesthesiologist (kevin) was older and experienced. He started my IV on the first try. Monique the RN in the OR talked to me until i fell asleep. Last month, I had a breast lift, upper body lift, and an underarm lift by Dr. Roxanne Sylora, MD, at the Institute of Aesthetic Surgery (IAS). My body's transformation was nothing short of a miracle! I now have firm and perfectly shaped breasts, my entire torso in the front of my body is tight and looks great in a crop top and I no longer have fat bulging from my underarms. I have delivered 5 children...so 22 years later, no part of my body was as it was when I started. I had a mommy makeover with Dr. Sylora in October, 2019. I am 6 months post surgery and just LOVE my results. I had a tummy tuck, with no muscle tightening, liposuction to my flank area, and breast augmentation. From the beginning Dr. Sylora was kind and very patient. She helped me in choosing breast size, not pushing too big or too small. She wanted me to envision the ideal image I had for myself and she was determined to help me get those results. On surgery day, she offered to pray with me to settle any nerves. Dr. Sylora and all of the staff are always so kind, professional and helpful. I had a Mommy Makeover back in April 2018 and I am so happy I chose Dr. Sylora and the results are amazing. I consider myself a pretty physically fit individual but after having 5 kids, I just had the normal problem areas. Sagging deflated breasts, umbilical hernia with poor abdominal muscles and just never really felt comfortable in my skin and my clothes just never fit right. I am so happy with the results and of course I had spitting stitches, the Dr and office were so accomadating and helpful. In the end, I’m still healing but from what I’ve seen so far and have experienced I highly recommend Dr. Sylora, plan to be amazed with her ability to understand your needs, vision and implementing it. I had a consultation visit with Dr.Sylora recently and am completely thrilled by the staff! They are very personable and pays attention to detail. I am looking to get surgery by her soon and have been planning to do so for about 5 months now. I am 10 days post op from a Breast Reduction/Lift, no implants, by Dr. Sylora. My consult addressed all my questions and concerns, Dr. Sylora was direct, succinct? and kind. My pain was well managed and was actually much less painful than I anticipated. I am very happy thus far, with the results and the newly healing scars.

My breast augmentation was nothing less than a work of art! Dr. Sylora is a fabulous surgeon! She was friendly and took her time answering my questions and made me feel comfortable in her very skilled hands. My breast look so natural, I literally have to show people the scar underneath for them to believe I had them done! Extremely pleased with the procedure and absolutely adore Dr. Sylora!
