Dr. Rixt is always very kind and polite. She takes time to listen to everything and make sure you get all the care you need. She's very inclusive and LGBTQ friendly. Best doctor I've ever had

Doctor Luikenaar is a wonderful and knowledgeable doctor who has helped me for years, and I would recommend anyone I know to the office. The front desk staff, however, repeatedly denies my requests for basic medication refills. After sending a paragraph of info about having trouble with my meds after the new years start because of insurance, I got the response "Dr. Luikenaar will fill all your prescriptions at your upcoming appt." which was 2 weeks off, which had already been mentioned in the message I sent. I feel unlistened to and uncared for, and when your job is healthcare you can't take shortcuts. Years of the same and I'm finally about ready to leave.

Dr. Luikenaar and staff are the best. They are so caring and helpful. With out her help I don’t know Iwhere I would be. She is so knowledgeable about what we need. 10 + rating.

The help that Dr. Luikenaar has given me has been perfect, she is so respectful and knowledgeable and has always been there to help when I need. I would be lost without Rebirth Health and Dr. Luikenaar. Very thankful for everything they have done for me and would never want to go anywhere else

Dr. Luikenaar is kind, open minded and caring person. I recommend her 100%. I was worried when I had to get an emergency c section but I knew I was in safe hands and she took care of me well! Her reassurance and calm demeanor is always a plus!

Luikenaar is a great doc for the trans peeps. All of my trans friends told me they were the best. I do wish that they would consider safe birth control alongside hrt as hrt does not guarantee that trans men cannot get pregnant. Trans men can get pregnant while on hrt. I have been to this doctor's office twice and BOTH TIMES I had to wait for an hour past my appointment, which lead me to leave BOTH TIMES before seeing the doctor. The second time, I was in the room and waiting for 40 minutes. I had to call the front desk to see when/if the doctor was going to come in and see me. I don't understand the point of having an appointment if each time I schedule something I am made to wait significantly past my appointment time. I have a job I left early for and scheduled my day around this and was still unable to carry out the appointment. I highly suggest you take fewer appointments, schedule them out in a realistic manner that allows you to actually see patients or just don't take appointments at all. I hope because of this someone in the future will have a better experience but I am never setting foot in this office again and will never recommend it. This is so unbelievably unacceptable. Very friendly, very knowledgeable and very respectful.

No one has made me feel as safe, heard and validated as Dr Luikenaar and her staff. From explaining everything, treating my entire body and mind and treating our family as a unit we have been so thankful to have found them. 9 years and counting.

It was a follow up visit but she's always caring and gentle.

She has been so amazing she will listen to you when you have a concern and she is the most kind hearted woman I am so glad that I was referred to her by my friends in the transgender community 100 out 100 I would definitely recommend people go to her

I’ve been seeing Dr Luikenaar for 6+ years now. She’s extremely knowledgeable with trans healthcare and continues to expand her knowledge and practice to the LGBTQ+ community here in Utah. As a trans person in Utah, healthcare is always hard to navigate but Luikenaar and her staff have always been willing to help. Not only is Luikenaar a great doctor but also a great for providing resources and other help regarding my transition. I’m beyond lucky to have her as my doctor.

The blood work I had was done super quick and efficiently and felt very comfortable waiting in the waiting room for my appointment to begin. And as always the knowledge and experience Dr. Luikenaar provided is exceptional.

I love Dr. Luikenaar and the staff. They always have my best interest in mind and are always so professional.

Rebirth OB/GYN and Dr.Rixt Luikenaar are amazing. They make me feel very comfortable and at ease every time I have an appointment. I feel that they listen to me and care about my well-being. I don’t feel rushed or that they are trying to get to the next patient. I would strongly recommend Rebirth.

Excellent for trans care

The worst Dr. I have ever been to. Here I thought I was going to cared for a bit better with a certain Dr. like this after just being there in in July. I'm being denied my anti depressant and coping pills.

I went to Dr. Rixt Luikenaar when I looking for a solution to something that caused me pain and discomfort almost daily and I have struggled with for years. At the appointment she basically told me there was no surgery she knew of or could do to help me. Now, a year later I went back after having surgery elsewhere and the surgery went great. But I had another problem after the surgery due to being assaulted. She first acknowledged that the type of surgery I had, she can perform, but again basically said there wasn't anything she could do. She seems nice enough but I wonder if she really can't help me or if possibly she's just not wanting to (or being told not to, as crazy as it sounds..) I was a little disappointed. The doctors were very professional ans we got straight to the point... Idk if its just me or not but i usually do NOT like doctors... Usually they are really hard fo handle and it isnt my thing.. But this visit was enjoyable and fast, they also knee what they were doing.

Dr. Luikenaar has been my doctor for about 14 years. She is a caring and compassionate doctor who takes the time to listen to her patients and makes sure that all questions are answered. The staff is always helpful and friendly.

The staff was very lovely and insightful. Could tell I was nervous and adjusted right away. It's a very comfortable environment and I felt respected and safe.

Luikenaar just keeps talking. She asked me like 6 times if I had any questions, every time I said no and she would continue to answer questions I didn't ask and already had the answer for. She also said she'd send me an email with a video on how to give myself a shot along with a picture of how much to use, but I never got it. I had to look up a video on YouTube and the pharmacist showed me how much to get.

I have to honestly say I am very disappointed with the service I received from the staff and Dr. It started out really well, I have been in contact with Florence who sent over the paperwork I needed to fill out which I sent back on a timely fashion. There is a $100 fee for no-shows or cancellation. I had an appointment for 9:15am online to meet with the Dr. and as a new patient, I was looking forward to this appointment. I called the office at 9:25am to follow up since I haven't heard anything from the Dr. via telehealth. At 9:40am I am checking in with the medical assistant who then asks many questions of which most of them are the same questions on the paperwork they request you submit prior to the appointment, which I don't mind answering. What upset me was, it was now almost 50 minutes from my original appointed time and I haven't heard from anyone on what the status was or given any notification as to why it was so late. I messaged the Dr which she casually replied she had patients in clinic and she'll be with me shortly. At 10:16am (One hour past my original appointment) she is online, but now states she cannot see nor hear me. I have never had issues with my up-to-date computer and network connectivity, EVER, and I work from home so, I know she is being dishonest saying she cannot hear or see me, when I can in fact see her and hear her. The Dr has her medical assistant invite me to set up another time to come in person to see her. I offered to use ZOOM or RE-TRY to connect telehealth but she declined. I don't understand why I was treated so unprofessionally and as a new patient, cannot refer them to anyone. Poor customer service, failure to show up on time, failure to responsibility and accountability.
