Very professional service with skilled surgery performance. Very good recovery and full function.

Dr Kwon put me at ease and explained everything thoroughly before surgery started, and "recovery" has been pretty much a breeze!

Dr. Kwon is super. I asked him about surgery and he told me what it would entail, recovery time etc. Not really a big surgery but recovery time is 3 months. Told me that I would tell him when it was time to do it. I really appricate the input.

Dr. Kwon is very efficacious, and on point, regarding the best approach to resolve my bilateral Carpal Tunnel malady’s. That is sorely appreciated with my current inability’s to play music. Guitar playing, and learning, has been with me and stayed with me longer than anyone or anything else, (and that is mostly because of me; go figure). It is what it is. Pray tell, I anticipate being able to continue my 63 year journey exploring the joy, and at times total head-rush, that comes to visit from playing my guitars. It has been 6 weeks since the acute onset of my Median Nerve bilateral compromise. My guitars are ‘weeping out for my attention’. Keep on, …, keepin on, my friends; especially during those times when you are asking, ‘what for, or why’?

This was my second issue addressed by Dr. Kwon. Clear, concise communication with additional follow up when asked. Some surgeons have a reputation of directing everything towards surgery, Dr. Kwon is not one of those. While my experience of his surgery outcome on my first issue was extremely high, he recommended against surgery on my second. I feel like he is an incredibly skilled practitioner with strong ethics//differentials.

Very efficacious in his approach. Best fix in least amount of time, as opposed to trying 3 or 4 treatment plans that will eventually lead to the best fix with minimum time involvement. Most people I know would appreciate his best fix approach as well.

Was amazing, all employees and Dr. Verry phrofessional.

Quick and easy compared to previous procedures I have done for Dupuytren’s contracture. I like the doctor also.

Dr. Kwon is one of the nicest doctors I have ever known. He is very communicative and is happy do explain and answer questions. He went out of his way to go the the hospital and sew up my hand.

Dr. Kwon is an amazing doctor and surgeon. The staff has always been amazing since I’ve been going there for 4 years now. I’ve worked with him on both of my wrists and now we are working on intersection syndrome stuff now. He is a man that is compassionate and wants to help his patients by laying out the best options.

Dr Kwon was very knowledgeable and patient while explaining to me the what and why of my hand issue and how best to treat it.

Dr. Kwon and staff have always made my visits as painless as possible. He has a great personality to go along with his expertise! Never a long wait time! Generally less than 5 minutes of my appointment time

Great doctor with great communication and bedside manor.

Outstanding physician, really cares about his patients. Very nice office staff.

Dr. Kwon is great! Very thorough and detailed explanations of what was going on with my wrist while still being very quick and respectful of my time.

My third visit. Straight back to the room. Doctor Kwon came in less than 5 minutes. Diagnosis took another 5 minutes. Cortisone injection took less than 5 minutes. I was 15 minutes early for my appointment. I was out before my appointment time!! I love it when a doctor knows what they're doing and they respect your time.

Dr. Kwon and his staff are always the friendliest and most professional medical office I have the pleasure of needing. Dr. Kwon is extremely knowledgeable and excellent at explaining procedures/options without talking down to us not medically brained folks.

Dr. Kwon is super knowledgable and a great surgeon. Got me a sweet wrist fusion about 2 months ago. Healing and recovering great! He's all a little joke every now then for you if you're lucky!

Very personable and knowledgeable!

Very pleasant experience. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I was in and out super fast!

I was seen on time, which never happens with doctors. He was professional and explained the process, and I was done. In and out within 10 minutes.

My entire experience with Dr.. Kwon was excellent. From initial meeting throughout the surgery for carpal tunnel it was easy and smooth. I highly recommend this doctor as a hand specialist.

Dr Kwon felt surgery was needed to repair the nerve damage he told us from the beginning could take anywhere from 6 months to 2 years for recovery. Almost 5 months after surgery he has released her and she is on her way to full recovery! As a physician myself, I can vouch for this amazing hand surgeon! You see, sometimes not doing anything is the best solution and only the wise and the experienced surgeons know when NOT to operate. Before I saw Dr. Kwon, two other docs said my hand injury needs surgery, plates, nails etc. Dr. Kwon persuaded me to take conservative approach and I could not be happier with the results. About 8 weeks after the injury, I am fully healed and my hand has regained 90% ROM and strength. Today, I got the clearance by Dr. Kwon to resume sports and work outs. Dr Robert Kwon had no time for me / he kept scaring me that I will be in pain and kept reminding me Of my age rudely ! Does Not comfort patients ! Has a very rough attitude and has no empathy ! He was in such a big hurry that he forgot to remove the stitches and when I asked him he came back ! When I asked him if pain would continue he was very rude and abrupt snd kept threatening me of dire consequences if I worried about pain etc ! Overall a terrible experience I would not recommend him to any patient who is looking for a caring doctor ! I will look for another surgeon now. And move on ! Regret going to him ! Highly recommend. Fixed my trigger finger with no issues

I was so nervous about what was going on with my hand after a ER visit, but Dr. Kwon put me at ease and removed my cyst in no time.

Dr Kwon is very personable and took great care of my hand. He did not overdo my treatment which I greatly respected.

As always, office staff was warm and welcoming. Dr Kwon is easy to talk to and never makes you feel rushed. As always a very pleasant experience.

I was referred to Dr. Kwon thru a friend. I needed a 2nd surgery to restore the use of my hand after a badly broken radius which had been repaired by another provider. I am so glad I chose Dr. Kwon. My recovery time after the surgery he performed was dramatically improved! The awful nerve pain was pretty much gone immediately. I was able to rotate my palm upward for the first time in 6 months! I am now on a good path to regaining the use of my hand & returning to most of my normal activities. Dr. Kwon would be my first choice if I ever need anything hand related again. Can’t say enough about how well today’s visit went. For starters, Dr, Kwon was referred to me by another hand specialist’s office. I called shortly after 8 am and was able to book a 10:00 am appointment (for my husband). We arrived on time and after filling out paperwork, immediately went into exam room. Dr. Kwon’s assistant took down notes and then Dr. Kwon promptly entered and began the daunting task of treating my husband’s very infected finger. Dr. Kwon explained every procedure as he was performing it. It’s clear he mentors and teaches medical students. He was easy to communicate with. He was extremely knowledgeable, did a fantastic job, wrapped up the finger, gave instructions for after care, and we were dismissed. I feel it was such a blessing we were referred to Dr. Kwon.
