Dr. Mann is truly a god send. He is amazing at what he does and so professional. Great experience every time. Hopefully he is still there for my next child that will be here soon.

Dr Mann has seen my children and grandchildren. When I moved into the Arlington area, a friend from Church referred him to me. He is the absolute best! He is kind, compassionate, smart and thorough. He takes the time to gain trust and know your child!! He takes precautions to make sure he gives the best care to your child. I highly recommend Dr Mann! We truly love him! Dr. Mann is an amazing doctor but I would not recommend his clinic ONLY because of his nurse, Chris. Dr. Mann has been my son's doctor since birth and I have had to deal with Chris from day 1. We remained loyal to Dr. Mann's practice because he was such a great doctor to our children. In the past, instead of Chris having Dr. Mann return our call, she advised to make an appt. So, instead of a 2 minute conversation, we've had to pay to speak with him. For two weeks, we have left several message for Dr. Mann with Chris and have never heard back from him. So disappointing.

Dr. Mann and staff is Great always caring for our kids Dr. Mann has been my kids doctor for about 18 yrs now and he is great . Holly his front desk is awesome always caring and accommodating with appointment. Great Staff would recommend.

Dr. Mann is amazing! We have been coming here for over 10 years and had nothing but great experiences. He is so kind and has a unique passion and love for children. No one has ever had a special way with my girls like Dr. Mann. He is honest and someone who I trust 100% with my kids. His staff is awesome as well We are truly blessed to have him as their pediatrician. On a side note, I think it is unfair for people to write negative reviews on google about Dr. Mann when the issue is about the office staff, policies, etc. It has nothing to do with Dr. Mann as a doctor which is unfair. I am editing my original review from January to reflect the updates this office has made in their electronic record keeping as well as the improved communication between our family and the clinic staff. We really appreciate that our concerns were taken seriously and addressed.

We love Dr. Mann! I saw him as a child and my son has seen him since his birth! We make the drive to Mansfield just for him!

Dr. Mann was my pediatrician growing up, and now he takes care of my son. He is always so helpful and genuinely cares about his patients. My son loves him and the rest of the staff. Couldn’t imagine going anywhere else!

Consider this a ZERO STAR review, for complete lack of professional conduct, total absence of communication among clinic staff, and the trifecta of laziness, apathy, and incompetence. In 4 months, we've never even SEEN Dr.Mann! Patient profile, no updates: no care summaries listed, no test results, nothing reflecting prescriptions written. No one in the office communicates w/each other. Lies about what insurance covers when they haven't even tried to bill. 40min wait past appt time for flushot!

Not about the doctor but the person who answered the phone was very rude.

We love Dr. Mann and have loved his staff for 16+ years until today. I called to make an appointment for my 18 year old to get shots for college, he has not been in 2 years. I realize he is an adult but this is the ONLY doctor he knows. I was informed that since we have not been in two years we are considered new and they do not accept new clients over the age of 17. I explained that he has been there since he was two and she said it was a rule. I am all for rules but this seems insane. We will longer go to this office. I just call to find out if Dr. Mann was accepting new patients according to the website. 2:25pm. I was interrupted and asked to hold for 2 seconds. Waited for over 10 minutes. She never returned to the line. Very unprofessional.

17 years now with Dr. Mann, and at least 8 with Rose. The entire staff is amazing and they truly care about your kids. GREAT doctor for children with Special needs. I cannot say enough good about them. Dr. Mann always makes the kids smile and has the best bedside manner I have ever seen in my life.

Assigned Doctor from hospital. Sent our bill to collections instead of calling us. I went THAT day to the office and paid it in full since we never got a bill. Not his fault, he was good, but his office is junk and his negligence in cooks children made me waste half a day doing work for him they should have done. Beware of his billing. Then I turned the bill into insurance since they would not and insurance paid me back. All stuff should have been done by the paid staff there.

My son has been a patient for 5 years. We love Dr. Mann and Ms. Rose. They have great hours for working parents and can fit in last minute visits with ease. Not sure why google maps has them marked as permanently closed, I just had an appt there today.

Dr. Robert Mann and his staff are extremely professional. They always take excellent care of each of my children and make sure to provide the best treatment plan or testing that might be necessary to provide answers to any issues we might be dealing with. There is prompt service, excellent coverage of phone calls, they run their office efficiently with no more than a 10 minute wait (most of the time). They provide professionalism with every decision that is made on each case, no matter how much time they might need to spend researching for the best options. They treat each child as valuable human beings and give them encouraging words to live by. I love every time Dr. Mann or Rose walks into the room and how they warmly greet each child with tender love and care. Thank you Dr. Mann and all of your team!!
