I will only go to doctor Svetlana Cascio As my OBGYN doctor. I drive quite far to see her since she moved from Maitland office years ago. I am over 50 years old and she treats me wonderfully and she's an excellent doctor. The staff is nice I've never had a problem with them and even if I did I would still see the Doctor anyway because she's wonderful.

I found out I was pregnant with my first child last September and decided to go to Dr. Cascios office. Dr.Cascio and the entire staff was so great to work with during my pregnancy. Every appointment was quick and I always left feeling very informed and comfortable. Dr. Casio delivered my baby boy and she was amazing! If I could give less than one star I would!!! DO NOT GO HERE!! I have never been so mistreated by a doctor in my life. Dr Cascio is rude and unprofessional. The receptionist is very kind and tried to help. Dr cascio refused to see me for my pregnancy because she thought I went to another OB. I didn’t! I explained over and I over I did not. I went to a fertility clinic to see a reproductive endocrinologist when back in July of 2020 I asked her to run my labs and check where my fertility levels were at and she wouldn’t because it hasn’t been 6 months since my previous loss and told me i was young. I’m trying to be my advocate! So I had to seek treatment in a fertility clinic. I ended up pregnant and she won’t see me when I want a second opinion from my fertility clinic. The staff at this place are awful, I experienced such bad treatment from this office. If I could give less than 1 star, then I would. They do not care if you had a miscarriage, pregnant or do not care if you are trying to conceive, they only care about money. I was shouted at on the phone several times by the business payment manager as I was inquiring about why they are charging $425.00 for my first visit which should have only been $35.00. She stated I was being too demanding by asking all the questions I had. It seemed like she had no interest in her job and made me feel like I shouldn't ask questions and should just pay and agree to what they are saying. I had to have my husband call as the lady was so rude and they shouted and wouldn't let him finish his sentence. She threatens to cancel my appointment at this point my husband told her to cancel it as there was no way he would continue have us treated this way through out my pregnancy from this provider. This was just one occasion. I had been there a few times last year and had a terrible experience with them and again I had near to same experience from this place but for some reason decided to give them another chance. My experience with Dr. Morning was less than enjoyable. I started going to Dr. Morning at 6 weeks, and good into my pregnancy without any acknowledgement switched me to the other doctor. This was my first pregnancy, and I just wanted to be seen by the doctor I was comfortable with. Dr. Morning would brush off my concerns and worries. The receptionist in the early part of my pregnancy was very welcoming and kind, but they hired a new one and she would HOUND me down about my payment to the point it was causing me anxiety and stress. My husband had to call the office and advice to not stress me out during my pregnancy, and to call him with any of those matters. At 8 months pregnant they called and advised me, my insurance was no longer covered under them, and I would need to find a new doctor at 8 months. STRESS is a understatement, finding a doctor very late into your pregnancy is challenging. There kicker is that the insurance advised that they would just need to do additional paperwork, and that they would still get there pay. Thankfully I found a doctor 4 days before I delivered. Absolutely LOVE Dr.Morning & Dr. Casio. Started going to them when I found out I was pregnant in Oct 2019. The staff is great, very friendly, quick to check you in, take you back and get you settled in a room. I primarily saw/see Dr. Morning but baby girl decided to come early & Dr. Casio delivered our baby girl and she was amazing! Postpartum and I’ve had some hiccups with my health and Dr.Morning as been such an amazing Doctor. Truly think I’m her most needy patient at this point. I don’t know why there’s so many bad reviews, this office is amazing! All the receptionists are very sweet on the phone and in person and Dr. Evelyn is great! Everyone made me feel comfortable and I didn’t feel like I was being rushed out and just another patient. I was in an accident and left a message for nurse close to closing and before they closed she called back then called again next morning to make sure I was still ok. My wife and I just had a healthy baby girl four months ago. I’d like to tell you this first baby experience couldn’t be better with any other big group MD. Dr. Cascio is one of last few standing without big company management. Our pregnancy was bound to have “risk” factors, and we were nervous, very nervous. Our first ultrasound was most amazing experience, we had a lot of questions and concerns that were answered. We were also given a lot of additional information on what to expect every month and why certain tests are required at each stage. Doctor Cascio took her time to literally educate us and patiently explained pregnancy specifics. My wife said she got advice on dietary and workout regimen to keep her on track and in shape for healthy weight and baby development. I’d like to point out that our monthly visits became more like family touch base experience. Nurses and office staff know you by the name and go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Our baby girl was lucky to be delivered into the hands of Dr. Cascio in June ‘19. Let me just tell you, 18 hours of delivery, the doctor stayed in touch with nurses and my wife, was professional and supportive. Her experience and expertise made things much easier. She knew how to reduce stress level and solve immediate problems. I’d like to add that Dr. Cascio went above and beyond to avoid surgery and, according to my wife, has most gentle hands even with a “needle and a thread”. Absolutely the WORST staff I have ever deal with. My experience with this office staff was AWFUL! I have NEVER experienced this kind of treatment from any doctors office in my life. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with this office! They are NOT patient care friendly, they are RUDE and UNWILLING TO WORK with you. They only care about MONEY and not the patient's well being. It’s almost IMPOSSIBLE to reach them by phone, cause they keep putting you on hold and after 3-4 times they just transfer you to voicemail and NEVER reach you back! I would not recommend this practice to anyone. The staff here does not care about their patients one tiny bit. In fact, every visit I was greeted by people who not only looked like they hated their jobs, but hated you for it. There are no friendly smiles under this roof. Besides, I had several billing issues at this practice. Several times they attempted to over-bill my insurance and at times I would have outstanding balance that I have already paid in the past. When I decided to leave this practice I asked for a copy of my medical records, which they initially refused (this is illegal by the way). After calling at least six times and speaking with multiple people, none of which knew what they were talking about, I was told the records have to be approved by the doctor before being released to the patient, which would take 3-5 business days. After calling back the following week, again, there wasn't a record of my previous request. I had to physically go into the office and demand my records and had to pay $25 for several one sided triple-spaced papers. After this instance, I am convinced this practice is involved with insurance fraud. I don't know how this practice is still in business or how they keep any customers, especially that there is an absolutely wonderful obgyn clinic right down the same street (premier obgyn). I have been going to this group for over ten years. Recently went in to have my second IUD removed and an new one put in. I was shocked to find out that this had to be done in 2 visits, when in the past it was done all in one visit. I questioned the appointment lady who informed me that is the way the insurance does it. After going in for my removal I decided to call my insurance company to ask them why this has to be done in two visits. Guess what I discovered. Cigna DOES NOT require them to do this in two visits, it can be done in ONE. The Cigna representative even double checked because she was shocked that Dr. Cascio and Dr. Morning were doing this. I have taken off 6 hours off from work in two days for a procedure that could have been done in one. All the while Dr's office has now collected two co-pays from me and billed Cigna for two procedures that could have been done in one visit. FRAUD!!!! A complaint for fraud was filled with Cigna. Dr. Cascio is c-section happy. If you are looking to give vaginal birth be mindful of that. When I arrived to the hospital with my water supposedly broken she never checked me, but instead had a nurse check me. The next day the other doctor at her practice came to check me and she said "Honey, your water never broke. It only leaked." She then proceeded to break my water with a metal tool. This all 12 hours later and after being given pitocin. Needless to say, my baby was under stress yet unable to exit appropriately. This lead to a c-section (because the pitocin had caused my daughter's bowels to start moving and they saw meconium was going to be coming out which is dangerous when the baby is still in the womb), which could of easily been avoided had Dr. Cascio properly checked me when I arrived the day before. We started as self pay and sit down with her twice to confirm what insurance they will accept after we got insurance she informed us that if u start self pay u have to stay that way although they take insurance it is only limited numbers of people and they have to discuss that and they ll cal us back . Do NOT go to OB GYN Care Group if you’re pregnant. They could not care less about keeping patients, as evidenced by years of complaints regarding Tracy Williams, who does billing and sends medical records. Also, they charged me the incorrect copay each time and have failed to acknowledge any fault, nor do I expect to ever see a reimbursement. Tracy will send a bill for a Global fee ($1000+), which covers the whole pregnancy and postpartum care, plus your insurance will be billed for every single visit/lab/ultrasound. Two insurance providers plus my new OB GYN confirmed that this is fraud because the Global fee covers all of the prenatal and postpartum visits (doctors can choose to charge one or the other, but not both). It’s incompetence, plain and simple. I attempted four times to receive a breakdown of said Global bill and was firmly denied it (in person and on the phone) never had my 2 other voicemails returned. I switched insurance plans in December and was told she would then recalculate to see what I owed – left 2 internal messages for her in person and 2 new voicemails about this as the due date was approaching in late January and was threatened as being delinquent – still no returned call. When I decided it was time to find a different provider for prenatal care I left one voicemail and one internal message to have Tracy please send the medical records. After a week of no returned call I went in person to complain to the doctor. I went in and asked to speak to Dr. Cascio directly and Tracy emerged after months avoiding me and tried to make me leave. She shoved an irrelevant paper that I don’t need in my face, said I was not allowed to speak with Dr. Cascio without an appointment (other staff told me I could), and when I said I’ve been waiting a week her response was not “I apologize,” but instead, “Well I’ve been busy in the lab all week. And you should have filled out a request form so I don’t know why you didn’t do that. And I don’t know how long it will take to get your records to your next doctor. Do you want to cancel your next appointment?” Sarai and the other woman at the desk heard it all and apologized profusely. I stayed after she left and waited on Dr. Cascio some more, and Sarai promised that she would have the doctor call me because she got in late and was running way behind. Dr. Cascio never called. I rotated through the doctors and midwives who were all very helpful! I ended up having my baby delivered by midwife Carson who was AMAZING! I saw her often during my check ups, and gave me loads of confidence and information about my pregnancy. Always coming back! ????

Dr.Cascio is a great physician, however Tracy in billing is not. She does not have a great attitude nor a people person. She needs to learn how to conduct business on a professional level. I wish Dr.Cascio was in another office without her or I wish Tracy would leave the office. She's going to run away a lot of good patients.

Why does no one return our calls anymore in regards to the $490 we are owed in over payments? Why has it been four weeks and no check as promised? I WAS a patient for over 10 years. Staff is extremely rude. I am a firm believer in customer service especially when you have been loyal (give or take) 10 years. I will definitely be going elsewhere for my future visits. Thanks but no thanks. I am sure other Doctors will welcome my business.

Dr. Morning is wonderful. She is very caring and compassionate and takes time to address all of my needs, concerns, and always put me at ease. The back office nurses and sonographer have also always been great. The front office staff and office manager however, are the complete opposite unfortunately and they are the reason that I will not be returning to this group. They never have a smile on their faces and they have terrible attitudes. They are very negligent and unprofessional. They will even go so far as hanging up the phone multiple times on you and refusing to pass a message to the doctor. I have dealt with some rude people in my life but I have never been treated as badly as I have with this office staff. If I were not due in the next month I would be switching providers, as now I am uncomfortable even walking into the office. These are the BEST doctor in ALL of Central Florida. Hands down. They are so kind, caring, compassionate and they make you feel comfortable, in tough times and great times. I've cried tears of joy in this office and tears of sorrow. I could never show this office just how much I appreciate them! I have never had a bad experience at OB/GYN Care Group. Dr. Cascio and Dr. Morning are great doctors with wonderful bedside manner! I've had three beautiful, unmedicated hospital births with Dr. Cascio and now that I'm expecting my fourth child, I wouldn't choose any other provider! I am extremely angry with this place! After asking how much a minor visit would cost, I got hit with a $213 bill for a 3 minute visit with the nurse! This was AFTER my insurance paid $125! Our problem arose when this office incorrectly billed our insurance and we had to pay huge amounts out of pocket. They were rude and defensive about the mistake. They were rude the the point of YELLING AND HANGING UP ON US AND NOT CALLING BACK and the Doctor refused to take responsibility for the mistake and blamed us for the the errors.
