Dr Syeda’s nurses are the BEST! Erica makes me feel at home and cared for like family. Nurse practitioner Veronica is still rather new to me, however she already fully comprehends my situation and is working closely with me on a plan that makes sense. There’s also a new nurse who took my information and he was pleasant and helpful as well. The office lady is friendly and efficient also. I am a new patient and contacted Dr. Syeda's office to set up an appointment. I cannot attest to Dr. Syeda's care because their office is absolutely unresponsive and I never got past one phone conversation. Basically, I left multiple messages on several different days and nobody ever called back. During the one time someone picked up, receptionist told me it's the responsibility of the patient to deliver medical records to them before they can even schedule an appointment for me. What??? Having no luck with my previous Healthcare provider, I sent a hard copy I had from my rheumatology visits along with lab results. And I attached a note telling them to call me to set up an appointment. I heard absolutely nothing from their office. Even after a couple of follow up messages on my part. I can't even get a foot in the door, so don't even waste your time on expecting any kind of decent care.

LIAR LIAR PANTS ON FIRE!! When I started my journey with GRC I was seeing Kimberly, I truly admired her, and her medical care was outstanding, very professional. She left GRC and my care was transferred to Dr. Syeda, OMG talk about a disaster in epic proportions, it started from the time my butt hit the chair. I have never met such a dismissive, crude, dishonest doctor in my 45 years of bliss on this earth. From her lack of understanding the needs of her patients, to giving off the wall diagnosis that makes no sense, she had me going in circles like some kind of farm animal. I'm telling you, you would be better off having Joe the Plumber give you some medical advice with his sketch pen and a piece of toilet paper than to trust Dr. Syeda with one ounce of medical care. The office staff are a worthless bunch of liars and incompetent morons. Don't get me wrong there were a few staff members that were helpful and some I really appreciated. Unfortunately the bad totally outweighed the good, you know like a feather verses a lead weight. To condense an exhausting voyage to the under reaches of hell, a confrontation with the manager, the King of Lies himself, I will start with the last straw. Dr. Syeda ordered a Vectra Test for me, but she did not inform me that the cost of this Test was just shy of $1000 dollars. When I received the bill I almost had a heart attack. I called GRC and they had it re-coded and the amount was drastically reduced. Great, I paid it and life went on. Within a few days my labs indicated my Liver was showing signs of issues. Dr. Syeda sent me for just liver labs. There were issues with GRC sending blood orders to LabCorp, in fact I ended up leaving LabCorp that day to return the next because GRC didn't send the labs like they said they would. About a week later I received information about my 2nd Vectra Test and another bill for $1000, it was like taking a ride on Get The F Out of Here Train. GRC sent the wrong lab paperwork and it seems they sent the prior month's lab order. That was in August, so from August to November they informed me that they were working to fix it. At this point my distrust for GRC was at an all time high so I ended up calling Vectra billing myself, come to find out GRC did not call, nor informed them that it was in their error. GRC was trying to avoid any responsibility for paying it, or have Vectra pay it. Dishonest? I think so. I was lied to by the manager, Dr. Syeda, and the office staff. It's like Geppetto went on some mad tyrant and mass produced a boat load of Pinocchios. Just F.Y.I, they will tell you “such person” is not in the office, I will have them call you back... DON"T BELIEVE THEM, if they say “they are working on it”, DON’T BELIEVE THEM, if they say “the sky is blue”, you would be better off checking for yourself because GRC is full of low down dirty liars. My all time favorite is they will tell you “she/he is not in today”, but if you are adamant about speaking with them, they magically appear in the office like some kind of magical unicorn or something. You won't believe this but I am transferring my care to another RA doctor, maybe Joe the Plumber, I am sure his diagnosis would be more trustworthy and honest. I know this review is funny and I don’t really know Joe the Plumber but seriously my advice really, stay far away from this establishment, well unless you're into some kind of pain a torcher, then by all means!!!

Very helpful in finding the best way address and manage all of my concerns. The entire office staff is wonderful too.

I am currently under care by dr uzma and find her very smart and pleasant. Glad I found her.

I had the most wonderful experience at Dr Syeda's office. She and ALL of the staff were helpful and courteous through my time of needs. It was a great experience considering I am dealing with RA

Good doctors are those who genuinely care about patients and Dr.Syeda is among them. She is an excellent doctor.

Dr. Syeda is one of the Best Dr’s I have ever had. She is extremely caring and asks a lot of questions to really get to know you and how to help you to the best of her knowledge and if she doesn’t have the answer she will do everything in her power to get the answer for you. She has helped me tremendously with my fibromyalgia and PSA Dr. Syeda takes the time she needs and also allows me all the time I need to ask her questions and makes sure I understand her answers. She has a wonderful nurturing bed side manor. I have been seeing Dr. Syeda for over a year and will continue to choose her as my Dr. I have only Great things to say about her as I have only had a Wonderful experience with her and her professional staff!!! Everything about GRC has exceeded my expectations! Dr Syeda was compassionate and knowledgeable on our teleconference call prior to the on-site visit. Nurse Erica always makes me feel she’s genuinely concerned when calling to discuss my difficult situation. The kind person who works with me on scheduling is also friendly and helpful. When I went into the clinic for a physical exam with PA Kimberly Windisch, Erica immediately put me at ease. Then with her knowledge, experience, and dedication, PA Kimberly gave me hope. Kimberly and Erica understood exactly what I’ve been going through. Along with Dr Syeda, this team is precisely what I need to save and improve my life. Also...This was on a Monday morning and everyone was cheerful! The check-in from my phone and inside was effortless. The clinic was clean with all possible protection measures in place. Do not go here. This doctor ruined my life. She put me on cymbalta without telling me any of the long term side effects. I am now going to a good doctor who is trying to step me down from the dose she had me taking because the withdrawal is so bad. The office is nightmare fuel. They are disorganized, it’s dark, the building isn’t even that old, but they don’t do anything to keep it welcoming. They don’t even have the A/C on until after they are open, so you just sit there and sweat in the waiting room if you have a morning appointment. Syeda doesn’t ask any questions and just puts you on medication. She just wants to get to the next appointment. She has the bedside manner of a confused and irritated house cat. I love Dr. Sayeda, she's great. Very knowledgeable and caring. My rating is based on the fact that it's almost impossible to get anyone on the phone, including the front desk. And leaving a message seems to be pointless as no one bothers to return calls. I have been trying to get test results and refilled medication for a week and thus far have spoken to 1 person who could do nothing for me other than send the test results on to Dr. Sayeda because no one did that when they came in. I still haven''t heard back on test results and haven't had my prescription refilled. Totally out now, maybe someone will get around to this sometime before the first of the year I love Dr. Sayeda, she's great. Very knowledgeable and caring. I have been going to Dr. Syeda for almost 4 years now. Whenever I have a concern, she responds in a timely manner and resolves my issue. I was sick and did not know what was going on with my body when I first saw her. I totally trust her and will continue to keep her as my Rheumatologist. Both the staff and Dr. Syeda are wonderful. I was diagnosed with multiple autoimmune disorders and beyond scared. They got me in quickly, and were able to alleviate my fears. As a young mom with two toddlers (one with special needs) with never having a medical issue before, I could never have been more blessed than to have her has my first rheumatologist!!! Dr. Syeda is everything you want in a physician. She is kind, compassionate, and brilliant. She is relentless in her pursuit to find answers for your medical issues, so that you can have the best quality of life. She is an excellent listener and gives you 100% of her time and attention. I have seen many doctors due to my medical issues and she is by far one of the best. I trust her completely and I am grateful for her excellent care.

Dr Syeda was wonderful. She was so understanding about our concerns for our mother. She listened and helped us do what was best for mom. Obviously very intelligent-would highly recommend.

Overall I had a good experience. She went over all my medications. The wait was over 30 minutes but definitely better than what I have experienced previously. I did not feel rushed at all. Very nice personality and felt at ease.

My first visit was scheduled for the first visit of the day, at 8:00. I arrived a little before 8:00 and when I walked in, all of the lights in the office except for the front desk were off. I sat in the waiting room until 8:50 and was the only patient the entire time before the nurse came and took me back to the exam room. In that room I sat until 9:20 before Dr. Syeda came in. When she came in, she never apologized or acknowledged the fact that she kept me waiting for an hour and twenty minutes. As soon as she walked in, she didn't introduce herself and started talking to me from a DIFFERENT patients chart....THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME SEEING HER. Dr. Syeda started discussing how she placed me on such and such medication the last time I was there and wanted to know how it was working. She refused to listen to anything I had to say and I will NOT be seeing her again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE SEEING THIS DOCTOR. She's not concerned at all with her patients. Bedside manner sucks.

Sad to say but this office is really a mess. The doctor is nice but the patient experience is dreadful. Go elsewhere until she can get her office in order. Bless her heart.

One of the most dismissive doctors I have ever encountered. Didn’t listen to me at all. A few hundred dollars wasted here sadly. I’m sure simple arthritis cases do well here but I am not one of those and didn’t receive the help I needed

I saw Dr. Syeda for several months and she kept diagnosing me with something new every visit with very limited information. Anything she diagnosed me with was based off of symptoms and not tests. She was very dismissive on my concerns and kept telling me I was too young (25 at the time) to have so many problems. I had a terrible experience with this doctor. She forgot to call in not one but two referels for very important testing. They printed out what testing I needed and gave me the numbers to call myself knowing I needed referels to even set the appointment. I had to call the office manager twice to get them to correct the error. I waited two weeks on pins and needles for my test results, only to have the doctor push off my appointment to her nurse practitioner who admitted in the first ten minutes she knew nothing about my condition or how to decifer the test results. If this doesn't say incompetence I don't know what does.I have reported this doctor to the referral service and my insurance company. When patients pay to see a specialist that is what they deserve. I should have been offered my 60 co pay back. I would not recommend her to anyone. Poorly ran clinic lacking respect for patients time and money. Don't be afraid to speak out about sub standard care. Just an amazing Doctor

Dr Syeda is a highly competent and caring rheumatologist.

Dr. Zyeda has been amazing for my son and myself. Her staff is great knew me by name by our 2nd visit.... highly recommend Dr. Zyeda as a top rheumatologist who spends time with you and explains things

Absolutely love Dr. Syeda and her Team. I have been coming to her for about 7 months, this was my 3rd visit and she is doing her best to figure out what is going on with me. She listens to my needs and answers my questions. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Syeda is a fabulous doctor. It's a great feeling knowing you are being listened to; your concerns are being heard. Her attention to detail in treating my condition is beyond anything I had anticipated. I know I am being well taken care of.

She works her hardest but has little help and is doing amazing for what she can do herself.

Let me start by saying that I am 5' 10" and a size 14 - the average size of many American women. I follow a vegetarian diet, and exercise regularly. I was there to check for arthritis in my knees because I haven't been able to run without pain. Dr. Syeda only focused on my weight! She used the word "obese" several times, and suggested that I get medically supervised weight loss. She even warned me that I was too old and overweight to get pregnant (I'm 36). No diagnosis or feedback on my knees.

Dr. Syeda is kind, gentle, and listens to you. I'm so thankful for the time she took to see me while I was in the hospital. I have confidence in her ongoing care.

I've been seeing doctor after doctor, trying to get someone to help me. My bloodwork is positive for all kinds of problems but no one was taking me seriously, I kept getting brushed off. My daughter, a scientist, had enough, found me a doctor and made me go try one more time and I'm very glad I did. Dr. Syeda LISTENED and is determined to help me. FINALLY, I'm getting real help. I'm grateful. I didn't find the office staff unfriendly, unlike prior reviews. Highly recommend!

The office staff is rude!!! The doctor sent me for over 4000 worth of lab work and I was sent to an out of network lab office. When we called the office they said the doctor ALWAYS prints the correct orders and that I went to the wrong place. If that's correct then the lab office they gave him directions for would have denied the orders as it was out of network. They deny any wrongdoing. DONT GO TO THIS OFFICE. The staff is horrible! You will end up broke!!!
