Dr. William Michael Grover

I had a broken upper front tooth which required clearing bone in order to be able to extract it. The Doctor and his team had to build the bone back and stitch it up so the bone could regenerate. I did not experience any pain at all after this procedure. I received instructions how to proceed from that point on. Dr Grover personally gave me a call that evening to see how I was doing. I got a thank you card in the mail a couple of days later. He and his surgical nurse did the procedure together plus there were a number of women staffers in and out as well. His entire operation runs like a well oiled machine. Last week I had a CT Scan to determine how well the bone regeneration did and it looked great. Today 1/23/23 I had the Root Implant done. Both Dr Grover and his Surgical Nurse did the operation. Other than 1 quick injection I did not feel anything. As an aside the instruments were behind me and they were passed forward for use. My wife had a number of implants done in 2006 by Dr Grover and his staff and never had a problem during or after the surgery (2006). I had an implant done a number of years ago and never had a problem during or after the surgery. Our regular Dentist (Dr Parker) highly recommended Dr Grover and his team. Dr Grover is a gentleman and delightful to talk to. He and his team are extremely professional and very caring. I can highly recommend (Five Stars) this doctor. This is a dentist office I love going to! They have become like family. Dr. Grover is great at listening to your concerns. He has a great sense of humor and very caring. Dr. Grover called to check on me later that evening. I was highly impressed! All of the ladies in the office are amazing and sweet. Jennifer sat with me for almost an hour and never budged when I was having a medical issue after the procedure. ❤ I will refer everyone I know and return every chance I get. Only had to have one molar replaced, but I am certain that had it been several more, the experience would have been the same. The entire staff was friendly, efficient, helpful and professional. Dr. Grover is wonderful -- generous and caring, so very good at his job. I recommend him and his staff to anyone who needed their services. Dr. Grover and his staff have been a refreshing change from my previous experiences. They are so professional and a joy to visit. Not only is the technical knowledge top notch but the attention to detail along with the friendly, personable, caring staff make any need for a visit worth going out of your way for.

Dr. Grover performed 2 grafts on receding gum lines. I had heard many fearful stories of other peoples experiences with these procedures. This was a piece of cake. Dr. Grover personally called me after the procedure to check on me and left his cell phone number in case i needed anything. The entire team was very professional, sincere and kind. I cannot recommend Dr. Grover. Don't get me wrong, he did fantastic work on my bone graft in preparation for an implant. My problem with this man is much more personal. I did not accept sedation for my procedure--I didn't have anyone to drive me. I'm a tough cookie, and was willing to be awake and alert throughout. I don't think Dr. Grover is accustomed to this. Why? Because after my "bib" was put on, he laid out his instrument on it, therefore my ample chest rather than a tray. Every time he exchanged his tools, I felt like I was being a groped. A person under sedation, as would be common, would not be aware of this. I don't know what the law is about this, and I don't know what empowerment his assistant felt about objecting to it. It is what it is. I received several letters from his office asking me to make an appointment for an (unnecessary) CAT scan, stating that I would not get the expected results for an implant if I did not return soon. I'm sorry, but I did not get the expected result from from the graft procedure, i.e., being groped, so why would I return? As mentioned, the graft turned out beautifully, according to a dentist who didn't need a full CAT scan to see how the bone solidly filled in. I would avoid this practitioner like the plague. Dr. Grover in my opinion is the best in the field for implants in the DFW area and his staff is right there with him. They realize that this is not only an investment in your health but have a deep concern for your safety. Dr. Grover will not take shortcuts and complete every procedure with care and excellence.

Could not reccomend Dr Grover and his wonderful staff more! Having always been weary of Doctors and even more so dentist. I was extremely nervous going into his office, even having my teeth cleaned has made me Nervous in the past. Between his professionalism and his incredibly friendly staff I felt more than okay to have the procedures done I needed. Not only that but he made it a point to let me know what to expect while I was there, and made sure I was aware of everything that was going to take place. I highly recommend this office! I went in needing a gum graft done for my recession on my front two teeth. They made me feel at home and comfortable in the chair. Made sure to go over everything and explain in detail what they were doing. I was awake for the entire procedure and they made sure I was completely numb and couldn’t feel anything. Great experience and love the whole staff! The evening after my surgery he called and left me a message making sure everything was okay. The next day, to my surprise, I received flowers and a note from them. They went above and beyond what I would ever expect from a doctor/dental office. I highly recommend this office! Dr. Grover and staff have taken care of me for over 10 years. There is such a level of trust for me that I now see him or his hygienist 3 times a year. As a child, dentistry was not something we could afford so it's been a big challenge for me and my Periodintist to keep my teeth. I have been seeing a Periodintist for over 30 years and Dr. Grover and his staff are my favorites. He radiates kindness and professionalism and a sense humor even when explaining those really painful skin grafts.

I've been a patient of Dr. Grover's for several years. I've had dental implants and soft tissue grafts. He is absolutely the best at what he does. His staff is professional and compassionate. I truly appreciate them and give them my highest recommendation.

My former dentist (Dr. Steve Kralicke) referred me to Dr. Grover for receding gums. He was so kind and thorough. I could tell that he really cared about me - from the time he spent getting to know me to thoroughly explaining what he was looking for during the exam and the process of doing a gum graft. I have had 2 grafts and have been very pleased with the procedure and the resulting outcome. My current dentist just remarked on how great the grafts blended in with the rest of my gums. I would highly recommend Dr Grover. My only slight complaint would be the billing department at his office. During all the appointments for the gum grafts, I never paid a co-pay because my insurance paid at 100%. At a recent follow up visit, the billing gal said that they were out of network and always charged the visit amount up front. I communicated that I had never paid due to my insurance but she was unwilling to check my previous visits or call my insurance to verify coverage. While they did file the insurance claim and I was reimbursed, I felt blindsided and dissatisfied with being forced to pay the $100+ at the time of the visit. I don't understand why she didn't pre-approve my visit with insurance or communicate the payment process when I made the appointment. Excellent experience at this office. Dr. Grover did gum surgery for me. I was apprehensive about the numbing process, but it went extremely well. He is very skilled and explains everything. Friendly and helpful staff always willing to answer questions.

I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Grover's office. His staff is friendly, knowledgable, caring, and efficient. After my surgery, Dr. Grover called me personally to check on me at home. I also received a card and flowers from his office, wishing me well. That extra attention to me personally made me feel well cared for during my recovery period. My gum grafting came out perfectly. Dr. Grover is very skilled at what he does - and only does what is necessary for your continued oral health. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs periodontal treatment.
