Dr. David P Potts

I love and respect Dr. Potts so much! He has gotten my teeth and gums in good shape after not going to a dentist for a long time! I met Dr. Ola today and like her very much and I love my dental hygienist Maya who is very good and caring! I am so happy that I discovered Dr. Potts from a coworker that heard his advertisement on the radio and told me about it many years ago now!

He recently made a difficult and potentially distressing procedure very tolerable.

I could not be happier with my family's choice with this dental practice. Dr. Potts is by far the best dentist I have ever had. He knows EXACTLY what to do with problem teeth. I am the WORST dental patient ever and he and is staff did a great job making me feel comfortable! If you are looking for a GREAT dentist and staff--look no further!

My experience today and always with Dr. Potts is, well, how long do you have? He is amazingly intelligent, kind, thoughtful, professional and personable; much more and I'd sound like he paid me!! All kidding aside, he makes certain you understand everything. I've seen a few dentists in my life and he tops the list.

Just went again with my cleaning with May! She is the best hygienist and loves her job. Everyone you come in contact with is kind and courteous! Just love everyone there. Thank you!

Dr Potts and his staff are very nice and go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. They are on schedule and also receptive to any questions or concerns you have. They are honest and don’t try to sell you services or products you don’t need. Feel they are ethical and a very high quality service provider. Highly recommend.

They got me in In as I was in horrible pain...The tech was caring and great , The dentist Dr. Masood was awesome she diagnosed the issue ( Shingles in my mouth) immediately scripted the meds I needed and really showed how much she cared. This office is the best

Cannot find enough good things to say about the entire team at Lake County Dental. The whole staff is professional and friendly. Dr. Potts is a true pro. Explains what needs to be done, and does it perfectly. I felt the service provided was outstanding. Highly recommend.

My experience is always great! I have had so many horrific experience’s with other dentist. Myself as well as my family see Dr. Potts. I have had some extensive work done on my teeth. I never worry because I know he will never let me feel pain or even experience anxiety. My procedures are always well explained along with all my options. He is just so NICE! The staff is always nice as well.

I’ve been going to this dentist for over 6 years. My dental hygienist, Sara, is awesome! After completing an oral exam, she noticed signs of sleep apnea and recommended a sleep evaluation. I’ve been complaining to my doctors about my fatigue for years. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea and since started cpap therapy. I feel so much better. Thank you Sara! She made a lifetime difference in my health.

They ask all the right questions, they tailor your experience to meet your individual needs. I did Conscious Sedation with Dr. Potts group because of a severe gag reflex, and though some additional cost came through with flying colors. Will be back!

The highest professional standards, ethics, and practices ever see by a doctor. Truly cares and is concerned about his patient. I have been his patient for more than 36 years. He has replaced every tooth in my mouth. Other dentists, because I have two homes, have called their staff, in to look at his work. They have raved about Dr. Pott's work. This man is a true genius as a dentist and as a cosmetic dentist. I can so no more than one could be fortunate to be this doctor's patient.

All the staff are super friendly and professional. Dr. Potts rocks too! Better yet, Dr. Potts is a Bears fan too! Super clean office, knowledgeable professionals, caring staff, super awesome overall.

Dr. Potts is very invested in patient care. When I first came to the practice, he was determined to get my mouth in good shape. I needed a couple (few?) crowns, plus a root canal. We discussed his use of conscious sedation, and it was great for me. I had all that work done in one visit, with only one follow-up, to place the finished crowns. Not cheap, but NO physical pain. He taught me how (aside from brushing) to take care of my mouth, and I feel like I'm (literally) in good hands now.

Great combination of utmost professionalism and cordial and warm caring attitude. Dr. Potts and his entire staff are simply the best. Dr. Potts has that old world perfection ethic - dentistry as an art as well as a science. I will never go anywhere else as long as Dr. Potts and his staff are there.

This is a partnership - everything is explained and they even show me photos of my teeth. We planned all my treatments together. That's huge. Plus the costs are competitive. I feel you get what you pay for and, in this case, I'm getting the best.

Dr. Potts spends a bit less time with regular patients but is always friendly and does terrific work. His hygienists (Michelle in particular) are careful, thorough and have good chair-side manner.

I have been a patient for many years and have always been pleased with Dr. Potts and his staff. All the hygienists I have had are very good and make me feel very comfortable and calm. Everyone that works for Dr. Potts has been very nice and helpful.

Have had a great experience with Dr. Potts for many years however, his staff created a very uncomfortable experience. No longer will my family and I be using this office's services. The entire front end staff needs revamping, completely failed in the professionalism department and proper treatment of people. Such vile individuals...it's utterly disgusting.
