Listens to patient inputs. Respects her patients. Is responsive to patient needs. Is reasonable, helpful and knowledgeable. Summary: a pleasure to have as a doctor. I feel lucky to have her.

Dr Gupta is nice. However, the staff here is terrible. You have to call to find out what your test results are. They won't call you. They've given me wrong test results and when I questioned Dr. Gupta, she advised she didn't see that on my chart. If you are waiting for tests results, it can take weeks because if she's out, no one else can read them and give them to you.

We had an appointment with the Doc at 150 W Half Day Rd Ste 103 Buffalo Grove, IL 60089. But to our surprise, when we reached ther we got to know that the Doc does not have office there. While booking the appointment I had confirmed the location as it was the closest for us. The thing that hurt was they never called back to confirm. Unprofessional attitude by the support staff. Dr. Gupta is our family and friend's doctor. Excellent bedside manner. She really cares about her patients. Sometimes waiting time is a little long, but at a doctors office it is understandable that urgent cases happens. Once it is your turn, she takes care of your needs and spends the right amount of time with you. Her staff is really friendly. Appointments are available same day if needed. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Gupta and her staff are remarkable. They go above and beyond with everything. From appointments to care, I am beyond satisfied and grateful! Highly recommend them!! I refuse to go anywhere else! :)

It was ok. She listened fine and all, but I waited almost an hour to be seen. I’ll be finding a different doctor

Very dismissive of my mother's concerns. She complained of stomach pain and chills. Rather than referring her to a specialist she gave her a zpack to get her stop bothering them. My mother had to pursue a specialist on her own on the advice of her family and friends who are physicians. It turns out she had a very serious medical issue that is being treated by other specialists. If Dr. Gupta would had simply ordered imaging the health issue could had been addressed much earlier. If she had gone on the guidance of Dr. Gupta her condition would have been gone untreated and fatal. Luckily my mom had agency and was able to reach out to specialist on her own but I would not recommend her. Can't imagine what would happen for other patients who are not as deligent.

Very bad customer care. I had an appointment today. Receptionist said record says appointment cancelled. It never notified to me. I drove 35 minutes to get there. They can’t give me a slot to see the doctor. I walk out. I am not going back to this place again.

Dr Gupta has been my doctor for 3 years.she is very caring and listens to my medical problems with concern.she will ask me questions that forget to even mention..lol.she is in top 10 for knowledge and compassion.i am usually very punctual and she is too. I was late once and that was the only time that I had to wait more than 15 minutes of scheduled time! Her staff is friendly and well trained. Her team works very smoothly to make my visit a pleasure no matter how badly I may feel..best wishes Dr Gupta! 3 cheers to you and your team! I have had many positive experiences at Dr. Gupta’s office. The longest I have waited to be seen is 20 minutes and even then my appointments are always worth the wait. Dr. Gupta spends a lot of time getting to understand my concerns and if I ever call her office with any questions she is quick to get back to me. My referrals have always been completed quickly and I cannot think of a single complaint. I highly recommend Dr. Gupta, she is wonderful!

My wife and I have been seeing Dr Gupta.for many years. She is absolutely great.

Love Dr Gupta. But Everytime I come in the staff is very unprofessional. Talking about other patients. Or today when I came in the woman at the front asked my name. Then walked away. Spoke with another staff member. then they both walked into the next room speaking with someone else. Whispering back and forth. I'm still waiting at the front. Then after a few minutes one of them walk out and apologizes and asked for my Info. Not sure what was happening or why. But very frustrating. Came in the last time and they were talking about patients. Not by name but we're not very nice. Let's just say I heard a lot about these individuals except where they lived and by name. Had a prescription and the nurse asked what pharmacy. So 3 hours went by and I called the pharmacy. They said they didn't have it. Ive been a pt of DR.Gupta for about 2 years now! Even though it feels like a lifetime! She is very understanding always listens to her patients! The staff is also very great i have never had an issue with them, they are always on top of things, everytime i go into her office i feel at home im greeted with smiles and the medical assitants are very nice and professional, the office is always very clean and neatly organized! Dr Gupta has been my primary care doctor and my Husband's since we moved to Illinois. She is an Amazing doctor! she is very caring and she pays attention to all my concerns. Staff is also really good. Usually I get my blood drawn at the office and I never feel a thing, and I don't like needles. Everybody there is really friendly. One of a kind.I don't mind waiting to see her since i get the personalized attention she gives everyone . Cant understand why people have problem with waiting.its a doctors office and everyday is unpredictable .

It took an hour and 15 minutes to be seen and was treated rudely by the Spanish speaking front desk girls( who didn't realize I spoke Spanish) when I asked about getting in

I have been a patient of Dr. Mohina Gupta's for nearly 2 decades & she is an amazing, very knowledgeable and very caring physician! I have been impressed not only with her care of myself and my ongoing health concerns (including thyroid problems) but with my now-adult aged twin daughters, one of who suffers from gastroparesis.
