It was a pleasure to meet with Dr. Jennifer Marx .She was very thorough, asking many questions about my health. She is gentle and seems very kind. I felt very comfortable at this appoinyment.

Finally, a physician who listens and cares

Dr Jennifer marks is the best PPO she not only listens but she helps you I'm so blessed to have an excellent doctor

Awesome staff as always and a great Doctor.

As always my appointment was on time as scheduled. Dr. Marx is never rushed and is concerned about my well being. She is generous with her time comforting and attentive. Dr. Marx is understanding and considerate of my working out of State. She is very responsive to my multiple pharmacy locations and requests for prescriptions. Thank You Dr. Marx. Joe Raponi

This was first visit to your practice. I was very pleased with everyone I interacted with. Dr Marx was prepared to meet and examine me. She had read my intake forms. I would recommend her to anyone in need of a pcp. Overall a 10 out of 10!

The office is friendly and efficient and both Dr. Marx and her PA Cassidy were wonderful - thorough, knowledgeable, and they put you at ease. I came from a concierge practice but these guys are so much better.

Dr. Marx always takes the time to explain everything so I can understand what is going on and what to expect. She goes in to detail as to what I need to do. Dr. Marx is by far the best primary care doctor I have had.

I do feel the need to tell you I did not like that I was made to feel that I had to check in prior to my visit, I only have a phone and I do not have a computer. Dr. Marx is a wonderful provider. She never makes me wait for my appointment. She has an awesome bedside manner. She listens and I feel that she always has my best interest for my health care. I recommend her to all my friends and family.

Dr. Marx is hands down the best physician I have ever experienced, either as a patient, or friend or loved one of a patient. She is genuine, caring, knowledgeable, and she makes you feel like you are her only patient of the day. Please don't ever let her go.

I have chronic conditions that are very difficult for me to deal with. I was getting a prescription from my primary care physicians until I started seeing Baycare doctors. I have taken this prescription for 15 years without issue and I get regular bloodwork. It is one of the few drugs I can actually tolerate. I started taking a second medication in the last two years that was also helpful, but neither Baycare doctor was willing to continue these medications for me. I left the previous Baycare doctor because he wouldn't help and against my better judgement changed to another Baycare doctor because of her ratings and I was told by staff that she would prescribe meds. I waited 9 months to see her and not only was it was a complete waste of my time, but now I am more ill. Now I have had to cut my medication in half to try to make it last longer and I am already having some serious issues because of it. This isn't the only issue I have had with Baycare, but I will say that Baycare physicians seem more interested in the "well person visits" and collecting Medicare payments than they are in actually helping anyone to be well. Compassionate and patient

Good and nice service.

Dr. Marks and her staff are always helpful, compassionate, and attentive. I always feel like they truly care about me.

My experience is always good when I come there. Dr Marx is great and I’m so lucky to have found her. Very short wait times is always a plus too.

Dr. Marx seems to be very thorough in checking into your medical history and in proper examination. She asks the relevant questions and gives good recommendations. I highly respect her! Cassidy, her assistant is also very good

Dr. Marx is incredible - so patient, such a good listener, and very positive. I really appreciate her caring nature and how she really takes the time for each person. Always receptive to questions and explains in a way that is easy to understand.

Dr. Jennifer Marx is always on the ball. Very friendly, and very thorough . She is definitely a well liked physician. I have many friends that have her as their physician and they have nothing but praises for her. Maybe she needs a raise?????

The staff was extremely friendly & I was in a patient room within 5 minutes of arrival. Dr. Marx was one of the most thorough physicians I have ever seen or encountered. Dr. Marx read my chart prior to my arrival & knew my history. Dr Marx addressed all of my concerns, ordered labs & testing as needed. Dr. Jennifer Marx always takes the time I need when I see her. I do not feel "rushed" as so often is the case in some Dr. offices. I appreciate that. She is a very compassionate and caring Dr.

Dr. Marx has been my PCP for the last two years and she is great! She is always attentive to my needs and do not tend to push medications as my other doctors do. I am in my mid 50's and in very good health and I planned to keep it that way. I like her style of doctoring - always listen to the needs of the patient. I recommend her for her professionalism and caring qualities.

Wasn't impressed. Dr forgot to give me a referral and spoke so softly I could hardly hear what she had to say (not good when it comes to your health). Sherry at checkout treated me like a number. Very in-personal. Will look for different practice and different provider.
