Dr. Robert J. Ferreira

I have been seeing Dr. Ferreira for over twenty years. I have always found him to be caring, listens to the patient and I never feel rushed. If he is not completely sure of a diagnosis he will immediately refer you to a specialist and so far I have been completely happy with the specialist providers he chooses. In those twenty years I have never had an issue getting an appointment, especially if I was sick. He may not be available same day but they will get you in same day with PA Colleen who is excellent as well. His front desk staff and medical assistants are top notch and I have never waited more than five minutes in his waiting room. his office is extremely clean and its evident that the staff keep it that way. Every year I check to make sure he still takes my insurance and would switch insurances to be able to go to his practice. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Came to obtain my mmj card. Staff was lost switched my passwords and emails around for my account with out asking then instead of processing a change to update my card they processed a address change that wasn’t needed. I have been a patient for almost 25 years and can attest to the fact that the staff has become absolutely ridiculous. I'm going to miss Dr. Ferreira and especially Colleen. But will not miss dealing with the officer staff, including Ashley and the office manager. I'm glad their now big enough to not care anymore.

Dr. Ferriera has been my only consistent person in my life who has never let me down. I’ve been going to him for over 20 yrs or so.

Nasty Vindictive Office Staff I missed the appointment cancellation deadline by less than an hour due to a work emergency. Was told I would be charged a $50 No Show Fee for calling ahead 23 1/2 hrs instead of 24hrs. I had been with Dr. Ferreira for many years and referred many of my friends and family members. I appreciated his no-nonsense approach but when you can't bend for a half hour difference, what does that say about your level of care? Will not be going back. ***Edit** I got a lovely certified mail letter notifying me they would no longer be able to care for me (thank you) and also sent the same lovely letter to my husband who had nothing to do with it. Nice! Patients beware, if you have any disagreements with the office staff (specifically the office manager) you will be thrown out of their practice along with all of your family members. Apparently they now care more about selling marijuana than their long time patients. Would give zero stars if I could. The staff is courteous. The office is clean. The doctor is just going through the motions. Watch your insurance statements! This office bills for things that never happened. I went into the office to do a urinary infection recheck. Just peed in a cup. Didn't even go into an exam room. My insurance was billed for an Electrocardiogram. I didn't realize it until I got my EOB. I called insurance and told them the EKG never happened. They took their money back. Now Trinity Oaks is billing me for the EKG! All this happened in September 2018. I haven't been a patient at this office since October of 2018! And now I'm getting a bill. Whenever I call the billing department, I am told the office manager is in a room with a patient and will call me back. You guessed it. No call back. The staff is courteous. The office is clean. Unfortunately left Dr. Robert Ferreira (a good doctor) because of the office staff. You may notice quite a few more specific postings that are consistent. Mr.Ferreria was by far the coolest doctor i feel as tho i could have. He was very knowledgeable and Thorough, and ensures that you wont have any questions before you leave. I really did learn alot.

I have seen Dr. Ferreira for years. He has always taken the time to listen to what is going on with me and has never pushed a bunch of meds like many doctors do. I never hesitate to refer friends and family to him!

Watch your insurance EOB. His office will bill your insurance for something that didn't happen. I was billed for an EKG when all I did was pee in a cup. I didn't even go into an exam room! Insurance was billed. Then after I noticed, I called insurance company. Insurance took the money back. Now almost a year later, I am getting a bill for the EKG that never happened. Dr. is just going through the motions. Isn't interested in finding the cause of illness. Only interested in writing a script.

My wife and I have been patients for nearly 20 years. The last few years i have not needed to go to the doctor. Today i was sick and i called to make an appointment and i was told that because i havent been in there in a few years that i would be considered a new patient and that currently they are not accepting new patients. I was shocked. I tried to explain my situation and the lady told me that the best they could do is take mybinformation and if they open up for new patients they will let me know. I cannot believe that after 20 years this is how my Doctors office who is supposed to care about their patients treated me. I have been with this practice since I was 18, In the past 2 years the office staff has changed dramatically. They are rude, not understanding, and after this last phone call, down right terrible. I really do love Dr. Ferreira, but because of the change in office staff I will no longer be going to him. It's crazy how a practice can change so much. Teach your office manager a lesson in costumer service, and how to talk to someone, especially someone who's been with your practice for 7 years. Going to the doctor is never fun, but I used to look forward to the nurses and faces that would greet me. I missed a few appointments because I travel and my work schedule is hectic, I'll pay the 50 dollar fee, but the rudeness I'm met with at the door really doesn't make me want to come back, and now I won't be. If I didn't love Dr. Ferreira I would go somewhere else because his staff are awful. One of the other Dr.'s wives works in the office and has literally screamed at me on the phone because she couldn't find the prescription I had questions on. They send my scripts to pharmacies I've never been to, a couple medications I am on are controlled so it isn't possible to send them to the correct pharmacy which has been a nightmare. Dr. Ferreira is an excellent doctor, he always takes his times and addresses all of my concerns and I have never had a long wait. Dr. Ferreira really listens to me and does his best to understand and help me.

His office is immaculate, his staff is people friendly and usually recognize me even though he has lots of patients, appointments are easy to get and he is nice. He is busy but he does listen! I also love that he teaches about Keto and has guided my weight loss of 100 pounds.

From the second that you walk through the door, Dr. Ferreira's staff greets you with smiles and warm welcomes. As a local chiropractor, I've shared many mutual patients with Dr. Ferreira and every patient says the same thing...how attentive, down to earth and realistic he is with his treatment. Highly recommend!

Dr. Ferreira has been my doctor for about 5 years now. Every time i come in he not only address's my current problem but asks about previous issues as well. He's very personable and easy to talk to as you never feel rushed. I refer everyone to him that i hear looking for a doctor.

Dr Ferreira always takes his time with you, explains everything till you understand and are comfortable. He is so knowledgeable! His Assistant Nicole is the BEST too!

I have already referred friends and family to Dr. Ferreira. He is friendly, personable, and actually listens to your concerns and offers solutions. He never seems rushed and I have never felt like he was just trying to write me an Rx to get me out of the office. Everyone I have sent to him like him just as much as I do!
