Great Dr. Excellent staff, well run office and you can still get a live person when you contact them

As usual took the time to throughly do a Q&A on recent health developments since my last 6 month visit. Discovered I hadn't had my second part Pneumonia vaccine so had that as well as I left with my yearly mammogram paperwork in hand.

Dr. Besch Is The best doctor In Town. Our family like his service very much.

I was over whelmed from the moment I walked in till I walked out. The woman at the front desk greeted me with a sweet smile and was so congenial . Next, a lady name Kim took me to the exam room and asked me several questions. Then the doctor came in and was so easy to talk to. I felt at ease right away. He told me he wanted several tests. I found him friendly and seem interested in my health. The lady who checked me out was very nice and helpful. I am so happy to have chosen this new doctor.

Dr Besch and staff are extremely friendly and welcoming.

Took the time to assess the problem and make an decision on treatment. Explained everything to me.

On time, great personal presence, thoughtful and thorough. Best PCP in the area.

Dr. Besch never rushes his patients. He takes time to thoroughly examine his patients and to listen to any issues they may have. He is very friendly and keeps his patients at ease and comfortable.

Took the time to help me understand the game plan to take care of my health issues. Dr. Besch was very prompt with getting me lab orders and a print out of my diet plan for my diagnosis. Staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Dr. Besch and staff were very helpful and professional. Outstanding doctor visit for myself and my wife.

Everyone on site was helpful and kind. I was impressed with Dr. Besch, he made me feel comfortable and was very thorough. He went over a lot of information with me so I knew he took the time to review my chart. Clean, bright, cozy office and same with the employees.

Dr. Besch is a very nice person and extremely informative. He asks questions and listens to determine the course of action. He course corrects when necessary to make sure my care is always the best. He ensures I never feel rushed. However, my experience with the office not so great. I was charged 20 dollar co pay for a yearly exam which is free. The reasons were that I was asked a question. Then when I asked to speak to the office manager, I was told that completing the electronic forms allow the office to charge me the 20 dollars at their discretion. If the care is excellent, but the office user experience is not, it is not worth returning. Dr. Besch is a very nice person and extremely informative.
