Zero bedside manner, becomes angry and hostile if you do not agree to give your child a NON mandatory vaccine, Has a very poor way of speaking about weight and weight gain and what is considered “acceptable “ for an average and if your child is not in his “acceptable “ range he will make them feel as though they are obese and need to go on a diet immediately… My children will absolutely no longer be a patient with this provider and he should reconsider his approach on many subjects

Misdiagnosed cost my daughter her health.

Run. Run from this doctor. He shouldn’t have a practice. He’s rude. Can’t diagnose simple issues. And he yells at your children. He is in the wrong business.

I took my twin 5 yr old boys to see Dr Krzan for some social and emotional issues. We were hoping to change pediatricians. My son became very scared and didn't want to participate in the examination. Dr. Krzan yelled at the top of his lungs and physically grab my son by the arm causing red marks and brushing. We immediately told him to let go of our child and left his office. I would never recommend Dr. Krazan. He should not be a doctor. Never in my entire life would I have ever believed a doctor would have treated a child this way. Absolutely appalling. In 1994, Dr. Krzan was my doctor (he was in Orchard Park then). I was in my teens. I had a serious ear infection that he refused to treat with antibiotics. The infection eventually progressed to my mastoid. For weeks he refused to help me. Once I finally saw a specialist I was admitted to the hospital. I could have died because of him. I lost months of my life because of this situation. My family removed me from his care immediately. In 1994, Dr. Krzan was my doctor (he was in Orchard Park then). I was in my teens. Awesome Dr and totally amazing people, Dr Krzan and Mrs Mary!!! We left Orchard Park Ped with Dr Shrek who was a awesome Dr loved him as well, however his staff at the front desk and nurses were horrible, totally not friendly at all!! Dr Krzan and Mrs Mary total opposite, friendly, family oriented, professional and every time we needed something as small as a quick question Mary was quick to answer or get us in right away (even on the weekend one time they came in just for us!!), To helping with referrals to help with my 1 son who has special needs, to as serious as the time my 4 month old was extremely sick (turned out to be RSV) Mary had it set up to go to urgent care with a ambulance waiting for us to get us to Children's faster! Nothing but greatness from their office! And the dogs...hugely awesome (and I mean huge) The pups are Gentle giants!! So long story short go to Hamburg Pediatrics I promise you will NOT be disappointed and your kiddos are in great hands!!

Dr Krzan has been both my kids dr since birth. Very good Dr. Mary the head nurse is AWESOME!!! My boys aren't scared to go see the Dr. They truly love kids and what they do!!! Totally recommend Dr Krzan and Mrs Mary for your babies and kids health!!! ☺????????????????????

Always informative,great family style practice. I don't know why they have a waiting room, we have never had to wait, albeit we are punctual people, but it's nice to see a time that actually means something. He is a no thrills kind of guy, it might be his style of practice but if your child is sick or well he treats it the same way, I like that. I'd highly recommend his practice to my family and friends!

Great doctor always can get you in when you call. Easy to talk with. Plus my son loves the dog in office makes him feel at home and no worries when he has to get shots . Love dr. Krzan and mrs. Krzan. Even my 18 year old daughter with high anxiety feels Comfortable to talk with them as she would me.

After several visits I am left feeling like he is a less than qualified physician. I always do my research on my child's condition\treatment to be received before the visit and God forbid you offer him your opinion on the matter. All you will get is a dissmisive response, followed by a lecture fit for a 2yr old by someone who obviously has a superiority complex and thinks everyone else is at least double digits below him on the IQ chart, despite the fact that my own findings proved to be correct
