Dr was rude and basically called Me fat.

This office took a co-pay from me of 50.00 while knowing that my insurance paid them as well. It literally took 6 months to get it returned to me after many phone calls. The doctor himself was fine but not the lunatic that I dealt with on the phone. Arguing with a patient who was right is a turn off. This office gets 1/2 a star for that ordeal. Doctor was very pleasant, very warm and supportive, helpful and informative about my concerns about my moles. No complaints at all.

Office accepts only cash or checks, but does not tell you this at time you make your appt. Office is NOT handicap accessible, nor is it clean. Office clerk is extremely RUDE and did nothing to help me get my mom in our out of the building in her wheelchair. She would not move a cart on wheels from behind the door so my mom could get into the examining room. Kept us waiting so long we were late for my mom's next appointment, a full 1-1/2 hours later! Doctor was wonderful - only thing that is!
