The PA’s need more training. Office is too big and they don’t have experience. Don’t have time to look at your knee. Did not know how to fill out blood work request. It took the Dr two weeks to get back to me from an ER visit. I’m very upset with this office. If you have serious health problems look for a new Drs office.

I was having some problems with addiction in 2003 and I was a patient of Dr. Kristen Robillard at Lakeshore Primary Care. I brought my problem to her and asked for help and advice......this woman did nothing, I was treated like a sub human and dismissed as a patient! When questioned she told me my patients are nice hard working people and you are not!!! Whatever happened to the Hippocratic Oath??? Shame on you I am an educated sober productive member of society today thanks to my new team of Doctors. As my Primary, I only see Dr. Robillard once a year for my annual checkup. She is never rushed with me, listens carefully, is thorough, makes thoughtful recommendations. I trust her completely with my health!

Dr. Robillard has been my personal care physician for many years and I am completely satisfied with her as my doctor, she is the best. Dr Robillard has always taken time with me and always answers my questions and concerns, Dr. always follow ups with me on any changes she makes with my medications

Dr. Robillard is always friendly and actually takes the time to talk to you. Doesn't try to hurry your appointment. Makes you feel comfortable.

I have been going to this practice for 9 years. Dr Robillard is a great physician - friendly, caring, and able to come up with solutions for medical problems. They are there in the case of emergencies, which is reassuring. Kathleen Schiele, PA is a very competent, smart Provider as well.

I have been seeing Dr Robillard for many years and am extremely happy with my care at this practice, if I was unhappy I would’ve found another doctor.

She is my primary doctor, and I couldn't be more happy with her. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and takes whatever amount of time is needed to deal with me during every visit.

I would rate Dr. Kristen Robillard a 5 star for her professionalism, knowledge, recommendations on a healthy lifestyle, and has a friendly & caring approach.

Been seeing Dr. Robillard for many years. I’ve found her to be respectful, kind, very informed. She’s excellent at what she does. I’ve never had a more caring Dr. in my life.

Took my daughter to her for a sick visit with complaints of progressive sore throat, sinus congestion with facial pain and pressure and ear pain x 1 week. Dr. Robillard spent less than 5 minutes with my daughter. Looked in her ears and throat, said she doesn't have strep, it's viral, take OTC medication and pointed us to the way out. She did not swab her throat, look in her nose. If I am bringing you my sick child, the very least you can do is give us the courtesy of a thorough examination!
