Best doctor I’ve had is not there to sugar coat nothing straight to to point if you want to hear what you want and not what is going to make you better she can take a check or make you better and office staff especially Andrea are awesome

Dr O'Brien was extremely respectful, knowledgeable and professional. The office staff, not so much. It's a pity their customer service is so poor.

Dr. Kathrine O’Brien is possibly the worst doctor an elderly person can go and see. Horrible attitude and bedside manner was disgusting! The office staff was good but BEWARE because she is a real beotch!!!

Poor bedside manner like absolutely awful bedside manner. Needs to work on her people skills. Clinical skills are good though.

Very efficient Dr One if the best I ever have had

She wouldn't see me when I had an emergency I waited 3 days and ended up in the ER. She has on more than one occasion denied my blood pressure medication. She has a terrible bedside manner and the ladies in the office are just as bad. Worst care I've ever received. She doesn't diagnose you, she sends you out to specialists. I had to change Dr.s. worst experience with a Dr. I have ever had. She actually had me released from her care without making sure I had the necessary medications to make it until my next Dr. appt. My experience was awful. She has a terrible bedside manner and her office staff is the same. She denied me blood pressure medication as well as others. She wouldn't see me when I had an issue, I waited 3 days and ended up in the ER. I had to change Dr.s to get the care I need. She actually had her Receptionist call me to release me from her care without any regard to my health or my prescriptions. Worst ever. Shes got a private practice so she can do despicable things like this. She's not very professional or mature. Who does this to their patients?? Seriously. I am so happy I found a new Dr.

I was denied my blood pressure medication because I simply missed an appt. There wasn't any lab work for it either. It wasn't the last time she did it. I've had to change Doctors. She seems to be at a lost on diagnosing and has a terrible attitude. The ladies in the office aren't very nice either. Terrible experience. To deny someone medication is just out right wrong.

I really like her! She asked a lot of questions and addressed every single issue I had. She is direct and to the point, and explained the referrals and procedures.

Dr o brien is a great doctor but respectfully the people she has working for her don’t know crap about anything they can never help with anything.. when I ask to speak to doctor they say I can’t I need an appointment, so I ask for an appointment and they tell me “what’s the reason for the visit?” I’m like well you said I need an appointment for I can speak to the doctor so that’s my reason her response “we’ll I can’t just put that I need to put a reason why you need to get treated..” I don’t need to be treated I just really want to speak to her about personal questions regarding my daughters school… they didn’t help me until I came in to the office and finally another lady was nice enough to actually go speak to dr O’Brien and have her able to see me now I’m waiting in the lobby until the end of the day so she can see me which is totally fine because I know dr O’Brien wouldn’t just shoooo her patients away like these girls in the reception do.

With her receptions ... unfriendly toward deaf person like me. And not fully smiled or greeting at all. I’m happy to cancel her appt. because they or and doctor didn’t know ADA laws and won’t provided our interpreter for the deaf, as do it ourselves... I won’t recommended to go there... not worth your visits.
