I like Dr. Gutierrez, but I always feel there's a time limit between patients. So the visit feels rush.

Horrible customer service! No call backs when urgent call message left, Staff are not knowledgeable on answering calls, leave patients waiting for extremely long holds. I do not recommend this office

I just recently moved here from the high desert, and chose this office as my primary care. Dr. Gutierrez is absolutely amazing and very passionate about his job. From scheduling my appointment to seeing the doctor, I have not been provided with better service. Despite during these rough times of COVID, he conducted a video teleconference with me and was very thorough in explanation and is very accommodating to your medical needs. Dr. Gutierrez is fantastic. He has an awesome bedside manner and you have his full attention. He's never in a hurry.

Dr. Gutierrez is above 5 stars. He is very professional but "friendly" and takes the time to make you feel that you are in caring hands. His process from greeting to collecting your health information is confidence inspiring. He is dedicated to the identification of health concerns and finding a resolution to your health concerns.

I'm 76 years old and Dr. Gutierrez is one of two of the best doctors I have ever had. He truly cares about his patients and he has an extensive knowledge of the medical field and knows how to get a problem resolved. You can't get any better than Dr. Gutierrez.

Dr. G is the most caring, understand and knowledgeable doctors I have ever had. He is very encouraging and knows how to talk to you. I highly recommend him to anyone. With his help and encouragement, I lost 200 LBS in a year. He also helped me get off a 15 year very serious opioid regiment. He's the best. I never felt this good!! Dr Gutierrez is an amazing Dr. Always made me feel welcome, comfortable and able to talk to him about anything. Went to several before I found him and have been there for several years. Not looking forward to finding a new doc when we move to Colorado. Thanks for everything Doc!

Highly recommend Dr. Gutierrez. He has been my primary doctor for about 5 yrs and I truly feel he cares for his patients. He really listens and takes the time to speak and offer suggestions that make you feel well taken care of. It’s Important to see his professionalism, kindness and true concern in this fast paced world. I feel when I see him I have his full attention to address my needs and concerns. There has been a few occasions that a question , concern or forgetting to get a medication filled over the weekend and I wrote In through the patient portal to reach Dr Gutierrez and to my surprise the doctor addressed or answered my question within hours on a weekend.
