I can't imagine not having Dr Manchon as my Primary. Been with him for 18+years. Thank you Ken Manchon.

I love Dr. Manchon but when you call his office you are put on hold and can not get through to anyone. The answering machine needs to be updated. Very frustrating. I have tried now 3 different phone numbers and have not been able to get through to anyone on the Staff.

Have had Dr. Manchon, since he started his practice. Very friendly, humorous, professional and direct.A great doctor!

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Kenneth Manchon for over 12 years now and have found that his practice and staff have always been top notch professionals, knowledgeable, personable and thorough. Dr. Manchon's "bedside manner" could be described as friendly, quiet and professional. He never finishes our visit unless all our questions are answered and we understand the information given completely. We are grateful as patients, to have such a quality Doctor and Medical Practice serving our health needs all these years. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their practice to anyone I know.

I have been calling all morning. I have been in the cue from number 3 to number1 for almost2 hours and now they are closed as of 11:30 on Friday. Terrible assistance.

Great doctor. He takes the time to listen and explains everything in a language that is easy to understand. Also, his staff is very friendly.

Dr. Manchon is a great doctor. great bedside manners.

Dr. Is thorough, pleasant and listens. He doesn't rush you out of the office.He has a lab right in his office for blood work. If there is any drawback it is the office assistants they aren't very organized and not good at record keeping, But no one in FL is like this. It was definitely eye opening after settling here from New England.

Excellent primary care dr always available

Dr. Kenneth Manchon has been my primary doctor for several years. I wouldn't change to any other doctor. I am completely satisfied with the way he cares for me, how he takes the time to answer any questions I may have. He never rushes, and that is very important to me. Sometimes it takes a while to see him, as he is so busy, but he is worth the wait. Thank You Dr. Manchon.

Very helpful. Answered all my questions. Never in a rush. Took time to explain medicine I would be taking. Very pleasant.

OK Dr......but just try and get a prescription refilled. Office takes a 2 hour lunch everyday! No one returns calls anymore. Just listen to the message about getting a Rx refilled. It’s 10 mins long. I need to find a real drs office.

Dr Manchon is very genuine and patient he take his time to explain anything that arise, his staffs are also welcoming.

I would give Dr Manchon 5 stars. He is caring and extremely knowledgeable. He will give you all the time you need, which is a rare thing in this age of medicine. I have a problem with his office though. I know they are trying to get their act together and I really hope this is successful.

Our family has been going to Dr. Manchon for the past 15-20 years. He is the kind of doctor that actually takes time with you, listens to you then tells you like it is! I appreciate that. If you're looking to be babied find a doctor whose only concern is your "feelings" (preferably a Psychologist). He provides the facts as they are - gives you his opinion on how to proceed and will offer options if there are any. His staffing - not anywhere near what it should be w/the exception of 1 or 2 people there is much improvement needed. Seems the "group" is more concerned w/keeping costs down - clearly starting with staff - must not be willing to pay for qualified, quality people - either that or they just don't pay attention to the complaints of their patients. Staff is rude, condescending, IMPATIENT, lacking empathy, knowledge, and common courtesy. Dr. Manchon ran his office much better without this "group" as they properly represented the type of Doctor he is! Manchon=AWESOME

I have been going to Dr Manchon for 7 years with no complaints until now. I had an 8:45 am appointment recently at the Wellington office. There are no Covid social distancing protocols in place. 3 rows of waiting room chairs jammed up next to each other and no signs or sanitizer. The only sign is about a mask.People kept sitting right next to me, so I just kept moving away. I had to wait one hour for the second appointment of the day. Really, so rude. No explanation from staff or the doctor. If you are trying to get Covid, please go and see this doctor and be made to wait an hour in the disgusting waiting room.. Also, you can bring friends and relatives to your appointment.So glad my other doctors are serious about social distancing and are punctual. Go at your own risk. I wonder how often they clean, just sayin’

I’ve known Dr Manchon professionally for over a decade. He is a professional and compassionate. I would refer a family member or close friend to him.

Dr,. Manchon, Shawnee and the rest of the staff are amazing! I have been a patient of Dr. Manchon's for 10 plus years -- he is thorough, takes his time with his patients and cares about them. Shawnee has to be the best PA ever! She is so kind and helpful and she returns your phone calls promptly!

Dr. Manchon is a wonderful Dr. We have been coming to him for 7 years. The Office is totally unreliable and inefficient. They are unprofessional and inexperienced. We recently saw Dr. Manchon for a release signed by him for a surgery. Release was to be faxed over before the surgery to the Surgeons office. Learned a big lesson never walk out with what you need as for as paper work. Today is my husbands surgery. They never sent the release. Love Dr. Manchon however it is time to find a office with a professional staff and of course a Dr. as great as him. Dr. Manchon had a wonderful assistant who is no longer there and now everything went down hill.

Beware! Not all physicians in their office are in-network and you will end up with "Suprise Billing." I was seen by a PA and later billed for $162 and was never informed by the office that the PA was not in-network. If billed correctly I would have paid $35 I had to call the office three times to get my prescriptions filled. I called countless times trying to get the billing correct. No one calls you back and they do not document your calls, so every time you call back you have to start over. I was called by an office assistant who informed me that I had Hepatitis C. I had and was treated for Hep C have tested negative for almost 20 years. The assistant misread the test! I was new to this office and not aware of their procedures and recently found my blood test results on the website. The blood tests showed that I had high cholesterol and an abnormal thyroid. I was never informed of the results nor treated for either. I only found out about these conditions by going to a new doctor. Don't risk your health, stay far away!

My first visit with Dr. Manchon was October 16, 2018 when her ordered 2 tests, a Pulmonary function,and a Sleep apena (@home). After 2 weeks I called the office had to leave a message. I also contacted JFK scheduling and they had no order. 2 days later Karen from the office called back and stated she would check on the orders. Another 2 weeks passed and nothing. I called back and once again left another message. 2 days later a Shaun’s returns my call and after explaining this issue she said she would look into it, I made sure she knew that the sleep test was to be done at my home and not the hospital and I would go to JFK for the Pulmonary function test. Another 2 weeks passed so I attempted to reach the office Mgr. Tammy.After leaving 3 voice mails 4 days later Tamy called me and was confused after checking the “computer “ she stated she did not want to keep me tied up on the phone, as of today I never heard back after leaving 4 voice mails for her. Today it is 2 months since my first visit and nothing. I called the office once again to leave a message for the Doctor I spoke with Jenny. I received a callback from Karen and she was unpleasant, and could not tell me why this has taken so long and I asked if I needed to find another Internist at which time she hung up on me. I called back and left another message for Dr. Manchon with Jenny to find out why after 2 months these tests were never ordered. I believe if he felt them necessary I should proceed with another Doctor who can get them done. I now have an appointment with a Pulmonologist and will ask my Nephrologist if he can take care of me without the need for an Internist. Basically I want an answer as to WHY they never could give me a straight and honest answer as to why they were never scheduled. I do not believe that is being unreasonable....... I've been his patient for 10+ years. The wait times come and go w/season. Shawnee has ALWAYS been the bright spot in his office. I like him because HE is willing to spend time talking with you

He helped answer some important questions health-wise which was a great relief at the time. I would have kept definitely seeing him had I not been forced to change insurance from a off-exchange PPO to an "Obamacare" HMO, which he unfortunately didn't take. This is my second time with Dr. Manchon. The interruption was due to to his changing his practice and the insurance company placed a hold on his taking on new patients. When the doctor I changed to had a similar issue I was able to return to Dr. Manchon. I appreciate that he takes the time to listen and discuss whatever is on my mind when I come for a visit. He is thorough and provides good advice and care. He was originally referred to me by another physician I still see also.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Kenneth Manchon and his assistant Shawnee for at least 8-9 years. When we 1st came to Florida we had to choose a "family physician" for ourselves that we could establish a relationship with for the long term. Being in our fifties it was important to choose a medical group where the physicians were progressive and not at the end of their career. We chose this group, after extensive research of many many doctors available in our area, mainly for their credentials, hospital affiliation and reviews of which we knew can be highly subjective. Dr. Machon and his nurse assistant Shawnee have proved through the years that our choice of this practice was the right one indeed. Dr. Machon's "beside manner" is excellent and thorough. We have never felt rushed or disregarded during visits. His assistant Shawnee has always responded to our queries in a timely manner. They have recently moved their offices and now have their own lab for their patients to use for blood test which is a major convenience! Yes their office staff is busy but they are extremely pleasant and professional at all times. We have personally observed them politely and professionally handling the most difficult patients at the reception window with much aplomb. Once you get into see Dr Manchon, he is a decent doctor. His office however is a nightmare. It’s almost impossible to get through. You have to leave messages, and then it might be a day or two before they call you back. I had to have surgery canceled because they didn’t do my paperwork right. Stay away.

Dr. Manchon relates to me and takes his time. Excellent dr. The only problem is with the staff. They don’t return calls and it’s near impossible to talk with anyone about a prescription refill

Dr Manchon has been my family's doctor for over 10 years, he is a caring true professional, takes the time to explain meds and treatment to the patient.

I would highly recommend Dr. Manchon. We are new to Florida and were nervous about choosing new doctors. Dr. Manchon put us at ease immediately with his expertise, softspoken manner, and obvious interest in his patients. He spent a lot of time getting to know us and our medical histories. We would definitely give him high marks as an internist.

Dr Manchon has been my Internist for 10 years and he is a wonderful doctor. He is patient and gives you all the time you need to discuss and understand your situation. He really cares about his patients. His staff is amazingly efficient considering the high volume of work they handle. His Medical Assistant, Shawnee, is very responsive and bends over backwards to accommodate your requests. Emergency visits are never a problem - the staff will always get you in.

Dr. Manchon has been my PCP for the last 10 years. He goes above and beyond to provide great care. He takes time with each patient and listens and engages in your healthcare. Great doctor, knows his patients by name and speaking for myself even remembers many things we've talked about over the years. Great staff and follow-up. I would highly recommend him whatever your problem there is no judgement on his part.

NEVER Let your elderly mother consult Dr Manchon---His Staff is Incompetent My 80 something mother had an MRI to determine whether or not a nodule was cancerous--mid day on Fri 1/23/16The doctor's Nurse Assistant,Shawnee assured my mother that she would have an answer later that day or at least by Monday. Ok, I understand that test results get delayed.But 4 days later and not even a courtesy call back to my mother, who has called 5 times. Put your own mother in her shoes.. .
