I was having difficulties with an orthopedic appointment, I decided to see dr Trejo personally since I was in same building. Surprisingly, the office was closed but I knocked anyway. I explain my situation and was allowed in to speak with Gabrielle. She was so helpful and dr Trejo came to speak with me about the situation. I had No appointment. I felt so blessed that even though they were closed they used common sense and empathy to find me a solution. That is the family doctor I always wanted. Someone available and supportive when I seek help I thank you and your staff for their time and support. Thank you so much!❤️

Our staff is very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Trejo always listens to my concerns and is very helpful managing my overall health. Especially appreciate that I don’t have to wait days or weeks to get an appointment to see him.

I just want to recognize Ruth, a staff member of trejos. She was very professional and compassionate (same cannot be said for any of his other staff I've experienced over the past 5 years) they are typically rude, put you on hold without even saying "can you hold please?" And then never come back to the line and or they send you to voicemail which never gets returned and are full of attitude. If you're needing an appt I suggest calling at least a week ahead because it can take that long just to get someone on the phone. So my takeaway from this, is be prepared for the frustration of simply scheduling an appt. Hes a good doctor and seems to have long term patients that adore him. My family called this providers office 40+ times and left messages regarding our elderly family member. Him nor his office have EVER returned a call. Dr. Trejo has been my family physician over 25+ years (since starting the 3rd grade and I’m now in my 30s). I have recommended him to all of my family, friends, coworkers, neighbors and my patients. He is very knowledgeable and takes his time with patients. It is difficult to find a Doctor in South Florida who treats the patient instead of just the disease. DR. Trejo always has walk in appointments and tries his best to accommodate anyone and everyone. I love his staff they are always trying to help as much as they can. Dr Trejo is such a great Physician. As a Nurse and patient I can honestly say that he’s simply amazing. His patients love him and the amount of knowledge and compassion he has is refreshing. Dr Trejo has been a life changing physician for me! I am a house bound senior for the last 5 years since a severe fall in the hospital after hip surgery! He has taken care of me in my home since returning home from rehab about 41/2 years ago! He is extremely knowledgeable and has great bedside presence! I would sincerely recommend him!!

Front office is a joke. I went two weeks trying to get in and no call back, and weeks to change via insurance. Ended up in the hospital and $6000 deductible. My own fault for waiting. Dr. Trejo is a fantastic doctor. You just have to get to see him, good luck. And figure on a 1 hour wait minimum in the waiting area. I am with Dr. Dosdos/Berkman now, same plaza and very happy with them Dr. Dosdos, Joan and Janice.

When I started a new job Dr. Trejo was the Doctor I was required to see for a physical. That was over 25 years ago. Since then he has taken care of my family including my mother while visiting and needed hospital attention. Dr. Trejo’s care and advice has personally improved our quality of life. His patient friendly office hours permit walk in times that I find very helpful.

He is knowledgeable and caring, with "don de gente". He listening to all my concerns and provide with additional information or referrals if needed. I am very happy with Dr Trejo services.

This has to be the worst office!! The staff is completely incompetent and the fact Dr. Trejo has them on staff is beyond belief. They are brainless humans that have no customer service skills. They never call you back or follow up. They leave you on hold hoping you hang up. I would not recommend this place for my own dog!

I can't say enough about what I think about Dr. Trejo. First of all, he's one of the coolest guys you'll ever meet. Every time I see him he pulls up that rolling chair, and sits down and actually spends time with you. He's the type of guy you'd like to have a beer with. He has changed my life for the better. Unbelievable experience, I have been a patient now for about 13 years. every time ive needed him he has always been there for me. As well as my family. If i could give him 10 stars I would. he has helped me manage my ADHD, my social anxiety, weight gain, and everything else in between. Just a very inspirational person. If I could give this doctor and his office 0 stars, that would be more fitting. Besides waiting over an hour and 1/2, he spent 3 minutes with me. He misdiagnosed my illness, prescribed the wrong hypertension medicine, went to look for my lab results from 4 months ago (which they don't bother to call you about), and then went missing for quite a long time! So, I was ANNOYED and just left. I went to a new medical facility today and tested positive for Strep NOT the flu, as Dr. Trejo diagnosed.

i HAVE BEEN MEETING HIS PA SHE IS VERY GOOD AND I HAVE A GREAT RELATIONSHIP WITH DR. TREJO & HIS ASST.

If I could give a 0 stars, I would. The staff is awful. They would not assist with anything for me to obtain a study for my back. The staff would not make a call or send in the proper documentation to my insurance. I was told "I will get to it when I can". HORRIBLE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

He listens and explains well but overprescribes the newest drugs and underrefers to specialists. He does not carry medical malpractice insurance. His staff's dangerous combination of arrogance, indifference and incompetence could be lethal. I did recommend Dr. Trejo to a friend. She liked Dr. Trejo but immediately picked up on the staff problems and never went back.

Dr. Trejo is professional, caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, and highly respected. I've never met a doctor yet, that comes close to his qualities and excellence. He's a wonderful Doctor and a blessing to all who know him.

I have been a patient of Dr.Trejo's for several years, I feel he is a wonderful doctor who truly listens to his patients. The front desk staff is beyond unhelpful and blatantly arrogant. I have truly never met such rude medical staff in my life. It's a shame that Dr. Trejo chooses to employee such unwelcoming staff. Do not go needing help and expect a solution, you'll leave frustrated and disappointed.

Dr. Trejo is the worst doctor I have ever been treated by. I had stomache pains for a year and all he did was prescribe me omeprazonal/anti acids but the pain never went away. I kept telling him and he even called me a hypochondriac. 4 months later moved to another primary care doctors who ordered a cat scan when he heard that I had stomach pains for year which turned out to be stage 4 colon cancer. This man almost killed me. So I hope you take my advice and never go to this man for anything.
