The experience was very pleasant from the receptionist in the beginning all the way thru to the scheduler at the end.

Staff wonderful.. Dr. Lin.. my diagnosis/results Was "so" come back in 1 month for 3 more times. "See hemoglobin that you Iron." ... I won't be back

I am thinking of suing him. He is the worst doctor ever.

Dr Lin and his staff are most efficient. One feels confident in his care.

Dr Lin is a wonderful practitioner. . He explains your treatment, is very knowledgeable, answers questions and is very accessible. In a busy practice he makes himself readily available....I think his staff reflects his compassion and desire to treat his patients well. You can depend on him.

Doc Lin easy my fear of being just another statistic... he knew EVERY detail of my colon cancer stage 4 ... in detail EVERY question me and my family ask he explained(brutally honest) lol ... Professionals his WHOLE staff

Dr.Lin is AWESOME he's very upfront with everything and he explains everything in detail.

Dr Lin really cares about his patients. I have been going to him for almost 4 yrs. I trust him. He is upfront and does his best to explain a very complicated diagnosis.

Horrorible bed side manner horrible Staff .... Mother in Law is having the worse experience she has had cancer in the past... Had her test and NO ONE in the office or doctor himself called her in to tell her that their might be a recurrence of cancer until she requested a follow-up.... Two weeks that mean a big difference in someone with cancer ... Then as she is sitting in the suite waiting for results the medical assistant says oh you have been doing well....As she begins to read the notes in her profile...... And then suddenly disappeared to get the doctor who comes in and says not not good etc etc as she sits and listens all she hears is you might not be a candidate for surgery etc as they pace inside the room ...No eye contact noo bedside manner .. wth is wrong ok so he might be a genius and perhaps there are deficiencies in his so called bedside manner rhetoric but what's the staffs excuse......?????????? Ahhhhhhh and does his office make the necessary appointments for specialist?????? She's off to a facility in Tampa perhaps she will get the deserved care there ... Stay away from this office I mean unless you want less than subpart care.. I can't even give them a star what for???? Horrorible bed side manner horrible Staff .... Very good doctor.

My experience from day 1 is excellent. Dr. Lin is soft spoken with great bedside manners. Staff very friendly. Infusion sessions were relaxed. My treatment sessions were comfortable. My family members that accompanied me were also welcomed and they felt at home waiting for my treatments to be completed.

Worst!!!!!

while dr lin is good..the infusion department should be renamed confusion department...we waited over an hour to be seated..they (nurse staff) wasn't sure if we had to see the doctor....so they took us over to the doctor who we saw a few days earlier.....only to find out we didn't need to see the doctor....than after they drew aline the chemo med was shipped and was too warm to infuse !!!!! so after 2 hours they removed the line from her arm and off we went....FIND A DIFFERENT FACILITY.......

I would definitely recommend choosing Dr. Lin for oncology needs. He is very smart, positive, and compassionate. His staff is efficient and caring.
