He has been pediatrician to all three of my girls since birth and four of my (now grown) nieces and nephews. He was recommended to me by my sister and I am so glad that she did. He has been a wonderful doctor.

Dr Kidd is a great doctor. Very thorough and patient. My children love him even though we rarely get to see him. Unfortunately we’ve only seen him a handful of times. We are usually stuck with the practitioner thankfully they got rid of the snobby one that didn’t make eye contact with you and made snappy remarks. Not to mention all of the staff up front and nurses are rude. I usually end up talking my husband into taking the kids in because I don’t want to deal with it. I’m an RN myself and I would never treat someone disrespectfully and make them feel uncomfortable. They are quick check out they throw you a card and continue on with what they were doing like you were never there to begin with. As soon as I walk in the office I’m ready to leave. I’ve been looking for a new doctors office for some time now but as terrible as this office is I’m being cautious about just picking from the list. Dr. Kidd needs to ditch his staff and hire people that are less miserable and a little more like him. Dr. Kids is 5 Stars his staff is ZERO. Dr Kidd is a great doctor. Very thorough and patient. Best pediatrician in the world! My kids have seen him since birth and we love him. Would recommend him in a serious heartbeat! Great doctor and awesome with kids of all ages.❤????????

Dr Kidd was my husband's and his siblings doctor when they were kids and now he is our children's pediatrician! He is excellent with my girls and they are always thrilled to see him! Weve never had any issues with him or other staff in the facility! Very pleased and will recommend whenever I can!

Dr Kidd has been my children's pediatrition for about 13 years. He is very very easy to talk to and answers all my questions and concerns about my child's treatment and care. My oldest son is on 9 medications a day and Dr kidd does not want him on them nor do I but with his dangerous behavior off them it's in his best interest to stay on lower doses until he can control his mental disorder himself. We've seen Dr Kidd since he saw my daughter in the hospital the day after she was born! She was born early and we didn't have a Doctor picked yet but we instantly loved him.. She is now 6! He is the best doctor who really spends time and cares about his patients! I would rate more stars if I could.

He was my pediatrician when I was a baby and is now my daughters! We couldn’t ask for a better doctor! My daughter was very small at birth and had quite a few problems. We’ve never had any issues scheduling appts or getting in last minute. Would recommend 100000 times!

While Dr. Kidd may be a decent doctor, his office contains some of the worst staff I’ve ever dealt with. Additionally, some of his methods and old and outdated. You rarely see Dr. Kidd, it’s usually a practitioner instead. The front office staff is the worst! They are extremely rude and lazy. They refuse to work with your insurance to file claims properly, and, instead, pawn those duties off on the patient. Every other medical office I’ve ever visited has kindly called insurance companies to file claim, multiple times if needed. Dr. Kidd’s staff refuses to call after the first time and will rudely harrass you for payment before engaging with the insurance company. If all they are going to do is schedule patients, they could probably cut some heads. Transferred after 6 months and have no issues with the new doctor. Not a fan. Said my son had down syndrome at birth....said how do you know? You tested him? "No bit ive been a doctor for 30 yrs (at the time) i know what im doing" got the family worked up. Test results came back negative...wouldnt talk to me after that. Only hope he has gotten better and over his ego.

27 years with the best pediatrician ever for all my kiddos! Thats a bunch of kiddos! We make the extra long trip from Columbus Indiana because we will not go to anyone else!

LOVE Dr. Kidd. So does my daughter who is 6. She had a terrible experience with an ER visit that had scarred her of all doctors. She is leery as first when I tell her its time to see her doctor but as soon as we walk in the door I can tell she feels more at ease. The office appeal is very kid friendly!

Hands down, this is the best pediatric office I've ever been too. Every time I call with an issue, they see us within the hour. They never make me feel bad for asking first time mom questions. When my daughter is sick, they try to find out what is the issue, but do not over prescribe medicine if there isn't an issue. Dr. Kidd is friendly and relatable to children and the office staff is always kind.

We've changed pediatricians twice befor for their lack of the attention they give us. Dr. Kidd and his staff show complete professionalism and they never make you feel like your bothering them for any questions you ask. They are kind to my children and to us parents. They have a way to make us all feel special and take of our needs.
