Great doctor! Takes the time to explain what's going on.

I have been a Patient of Dr. Masimore for about 5 years and wouldn't trade him for anything. He truly cares about his Patients, and takes time to listen and understand their concerns. I recently came down with Shingles, and the pain is debilitating. I was ready to go to the hospital, but called Dr. Masimore first. He faxed in the medication to treat Shingles, and within 24 hours I felt a significant difference in my level of pain, and I am now able to walk without so much difficulty. And although I still have pain, it is no longer a 10..A good Doctor is hard to find, but I found one with Doctor Masimore. I wouldn't hesitate to refer him to anyone. Great guy, just doesn't like to listen. I felt like he treated me like a drug addict.

Prepare to wait for an hr at least. Also if your wanting to ween off of your meds he will tell you to wait until after holidays or whatever his excuse may be that day. I have heard him yell at patients and cuss at them. No Dr. should ever speak that way to his patients.

I went to him for about 3 months. He is so un greatful. He talked to me like I was a dog of the street. He tried to ack like I always was taking some thinking else when I was not.I think the man is on something his self. I am having him checked out. I have been going to Dr. Masimore roughly 6 years. He is a great doctor.

I was having a problem & needed an injection in my hip. So instead of making me wait till my appt with was another week n half away they got me in yesterday to get my injection. I've been in severe pain for almost 2 weeks. Got it & today I'm still sore from procedure but omg sooo much relief. Thanks all the staff

I have been a patient of Dr. Masimore for almost a year now! He’s great & I HIGHLY recommend him! I haven’t had any issues whatsoever. I actually enjoy my appointments and talking with him and his staff. I’m usually always in and out because I do early appointments. I have a back disease I was born with and Dr. Masimore actually knows about the disease itself and what I’m going through! Most doctors I have seen in the past don’t know much about the disease I have! In fact, I recently found out he doesn’t take my insurance and I told him I will pay out of pocket to continue to go there. So you know I like him if I want to pay out of pocket, rather find another doctor that is covered by my insurance! I’m very thankful that he is giving me that option because I plan on using him for my doctor always! I have been a patient of Dr. Masimore for almost a year now! He’s great & I HIGHLY recommend him! I have been a patient of Dr. Masimore since 2016/17, and am very pleased with him. He truly cares about the well being of his patients, and listens to their complaints. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is serious about being treated by a fair and compassionate physician. If you are looking for a Doctor just to get drugs, go elsewhere. He is not that kind of Doctor. His protocol is very rigid to ensure the proper treatment of his patients and does not tolerate abuse of medications. I have a great deal of respect for him and cannot imagine going elsewhere.

Not sure why there are so many bad reviews on here, Dr Massimore and the staff has been nice and caring towards me. Only been there about 4 months but I haven’t run into any issues with them. The staff are really nice and are very helpful if you need something. The reason I don’t give it a 5 is because nothing is perfect. Occasionally though I had a very long wait, the first visit especially, 4 to 5 hour weight. But once you are a paitent it is a lot faster. Some days you could spend couple hours for your appointment, but most of the time they are pretty quick. At my last appointment I was in and out in 30 minutes Not sure why there are so many bad reviews on here, Dr Massimore and the staff has been nice and caring towards me. Better half goes there. About 30-45 mins of a wait but WELLLLLLLL worth it if you know what I mean

Dr. Masimore is wonderful! Definitely takes his time and makes sure you understand what is going on with your body. He is constantly trying to help you. Sometimes he can be a little hard on you but it's only because he's trying so hard to help you. The only thing that bugs me is that some of his staff (one recently new) are a little unprofessional and not very friendly or rude, it's a hard one to explain. My most recent visit while I was being asked questions I was also hearing how much they weren't in the mood and didn't want to be there! All said in a very crapy tone. Then packed up and left without a word. Maybe working in pain management isn't for everyone. Dr. Masimore is wonderful! If you are looking for a Pain Management Specialist, and are truly interested in improving your condition, I highly recommend Dr. Gregory Masimore. Dr. Masimore is very thorough, and pays close attention to each Patients complaints, and conditions. I have been Dr. Masimores patient for three years now, and could not be happier with the results. Dr. Masimore is very Thorough and Compassionate. He listens closely to the complaints, made by his patients, and addresses each one individually. Unlike other physicians, Dr. Masimore is NOT a one size fits all physician. He determines what course of treatment is best for each, individual patient, and their complaints. He is very diligent in his duties, and expects the same from his staff. Dr. Masimore's staff is very compassionate, and take the time to listen to each patients questions, and do their best to address each patient. I have noticed that there are comments on different sites, which are very demeaning to Dr. Masimore, I would like to respond to those. Many of the people who are complaining, if you pay close attention to their complaints, are from previous patients which did not follow protocol, or abused their prescriptions. Dr. Masimore does have a very simple protocol. Bring in your medications each visit, for a pill count, if you are called in at any time for a pill count and urine analysis, be there, don't be more than 15 minutes late for your appointments. This is simple. If, during the month, you believe you need to take more of your prescribed medication(s), CALL FIRST! Do Not Abuse Your Medications. This is all very simple. If anyone is looking for a pill mill, this is not the place to go. If anyone is sincere in receiving help for their medical condition, this is the Doctor which I would strongly recommend.

If you are looking for a Physician who is thorough, compassionate and professional, this is the Doctor to see. If you are a drug seeker, who abuses his medications, and cannot follow simple instructions, go elsewhere. I have used Dr. Masimore since 2016 and am very pleased. Both he, and his staff, are very professional. I trust him to order my X Rays, MRI's, Physical Therapy, and so on. Most of what people are complaining about, on this site, regarding Dr. Masimore, are people who did not follow protocol. Most likely, drug addicts. If you are a drug addict, looking for an easy fix, don't go to his office. If you truly need help, and are looking for a Physician who is thorough, and cares about what you are going through, Dr. Masimore is who I would recommend.

my first suggestion would be to look at ALL the MULTIPLE BAD reviews on his Franklin Indiana website, 3.2 from the old office website. it starts off well then things go rapidly down hill as a healthcare professional myself for greater than 35 years I can say this is the first i have been screamed at, had the the door slammed on me and yes i videotaped it and the walls are thin so everyone can hear the yelling, he is smart, but extremely narcissistic a lot of staff turn around (that speaks volumes) he doesn't listen because he is ALWAYS right, if your opinion differs than his then sit back and wait for the eruption NOT PRETTY! I'd say 4.5. Occasionally they can be really busy but the care and attention to detail is quite good. Great to have a doc that actually listens to you instead of just throwing stuff at you or telling you it's all psychosomatic.

He informs you about your pain the salutations and your medicine.

He takes his time to know everything about your physical health he does not overdose you with meds it's the best doctor I've ever had for my pain management in a long time
